Room was clean but very small. No tv in the room. After asking to change the room they said no rooms available. After spending 2 days and requested again and again they brought us a tv without a set top box! no room service at all for my 4 days staying. Not a good experience. Not recommended at all. Whenever i booked hotels from mm t every time i have faced issues. Thinking of deleting "make my trip" and start using any other platform to book my upcoming ones.

Allotted rooms on top floor (5th). Curtain was broken, no wardrobe is given, only good part is located on proper market area. Apart from this basic amenities were good.

The location of this property is great, but you have to go upstairs as its on above 3rd floor. Rooms are not so great, its not airy and a little odour was coming aways. The most disappointing tings are the bed and window curtain. The window glasses are full transparent, anyone can see you from the outside if the curtains are not in proper place. The bed bugs were present, so every morning i was getting its footprint. Another disappointing thing was, the hotel staff was not friendly. He was always busy in video chat with his girl friend it seems. As per the room should have a tv. However it was not there and i asked him to provide one. The first day he provided a tv, next day it was not working and i asked him to replace that more than 30-40 times. Next day he replaced that around 7pm. We were in the room without the tv for more than a day which was terrible experience for us as the hotel was closing its gate before 8:30pm every day.
