The place was okay and rooms were good, but what matters is the staff behaviour. I booked this hotel for my clients, and on the day of check-out they asked the hotel staff to take the luggage out and that they will pick it up later, as they were on their way back to hotel from Mount Abu. The hotel staff denied that they were not asked anything and they tried to charge extra forcefully from the client, and while being on the call they even said to me "bhaiya kya kachra client bhej diye ho". and other one from the staff, Ravi Dubey, asked his colleagues to not let the clients go without payment. and guess what, they keep two German Shepherd dogs on their gate. Even if the client was late or maybe they made some other plans as usually every other tourist does, this is completely not the way to treat the guest. And they say the famous song, "Padharo Mhare Desh..."

Rooms are clean, foods are tasty, staffs are so nice Great location! Here you will have warm welcome. Feel like you visit friend’s house. You will not feel lonely also feel safe here. Location is good , you can walk to places where are interested. And yes , will come back again🥰

The location was excellent. Although the hotel didn't have a restaurant, the on-site kitchen allowed me to prepare meals for my child, which was a huge help. Additionally, the hotel offered bike rental services, making it a convenient stay. Problem I faced little bit - My room was on the first floor, but the water dispenser was on the ground floor. Every time, I had to go up and down to fill water. The hotel staff didn't provide this service

I randomly found this place on make my Trip, sourrounding is awesome.They take care of their customers even minute details. Petal of Mewar is awesome place.Entire property is Good for stay. The food and tea is really great.
