We rented 4 cottages for my family to celebrate my mom and dad 45th birthday. Place is amazing, we enjoyed the pool and the spa. All the services close and a great area to walk. We took advantage of the wood provided to warm up our cottage.

The cottage was super clean and had every convenience. I was working most of the time so couldn’t see a lot in the area which was too bad. The location was very nice and there was a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. I was also able to bring my German shepherd which is a big hurdle in finding places to stay. I’d love to come back for an actual vacation. The whole experience was very charming.

we had to pay for Regional Park access. Since we've stayed in the Swissvillage we were supposed to have day pass included in the package. Management emailed us how to reach the park passes. we followed the instructions in the email, but searched for the pass at least 15 mins in the dusty, laundry room, looking into every cupboards, shelves,and even drawers with no success. We emailed letting them know that we couldn't fi nd asking where the passes were. They emailed us the same email which didn't help anyway. We informed that we were not happy with the situation. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and didn't want to continue to have annoying mistery box game wasting our time. We went to the park entrance and paid 20CAD to have the day pass for two and then we received another email saying that the park passes were on the door knob in a box called Igloo home box like a digital lock the we entered the code to open. The instructions in the email so useless and unclear. Just write next time in the email saying that the park passes are in the "thing" hanging on the door knob, that's it. We were planning to buy a package our son and his fiancee to celebrate their birthdays coming soon but with this annoying "mistery box" experience we simply gave up with this idea.

We love this place. 6 of us have been coming here for about 10 years in winter. We each get our own bedroom. You walk out your door to excellent cross country ski trails and it's a 5 min walk to the grocery store in charming Val David. It's rustic but was renovated several years ago - better bathrooms with new heaters, comfy mattresses, and well stocked kitchens. Bit quirky but we found staff responsive. It's for sale and we really hope we can come back next year.

On ne voit personne, tout se fait par Internet, demandes et réponses dans un laps de temps correcte. Quand on loue pour une fin de semaine du vendredi 16 h au dimanche 11 h, il me semble que les passes pour le ski de fond devraient être disponibles pour le samedi et le dimanche. Nous avons fait une demande dimanche, comme c'était passé 11 h plus de réponse. Cela laisse vraiment à désirer, ce n'est pas ce que j'appelle du service à la clientèle. En place de nous envoyer environ 13 courriels d'informations diverses, un seul complet serait largement suffisant.

酒店回复: Bonjour - Nous nous affichons clairement comme une destination qui fonctionne comme Airbnb et avisons bien nos clients AVANT la réservation qu'ils doivent être à l'aise avec cette réalité avant de réserver chez nous. L'accès au parc est fourni à l'intérieur de votre séjour (16h la journée de l'arrivée à 11h la journée du départ). D'ailleurs, nous répondons à TOUS les messages quelle que soit l'heure. Vous avez peut-être répondu à un message à l'Adresse "no-reply" ou avez mal tapé notre adresse courriel. Le dernier message que nous avons reçu de votre part était le 10 févr. 2023 à 09:26 et nous y avons répondu à 10:15. Quand aux courriels, la plupart trouvent beaucoup plus digeste de lire plusieurs petits messages plutôt qu'un message interminable! (Les résultats quant à la gestion de l'information envoyée le prouvent aussi!) Bonne continuation !
