Room is very nice and the staff were great. We really like the location downtown. We do miss not having a microwave/fridge in the room, but we knew that going in.

Much better room this stay because I complained last time. Was clean, with new furnishings. Had to call to find out where blow dryer was located. Was told it was on top shelf of closet, in back of pillows. Not a great idea to make a 70 year old climb on a chair to retrieve blow dryer.

The staff was friendly and the lobby area was cute. They have an upscale food to go store. Unfortunately the halls smell like sewer gas. We had to switch rooms bc the first room we were assigned smelled so bad. The second room was clean but the hotel is a bit run down. The area around the hotel is walkable with lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby. You have to keep your wits about you bc lots of homeless people will approach you and ask for money.

We had a wonderful stay for the Marine Corps ball! Would love to rerun! The 1920s vibe is so fun!
员工态度很差。我请前台帮我添水，他们说很忙。客房服务人员根本没时间打扫房间，他们只是把车停好，然后打电话几个小时。浴室很脏，水槽也很脏，我不得不自己清理。客房服务人员也没有续杯咖啡和杯子……客房服务非常糟糕，浴室打扫完后脏得令人作呕。谢谢。
前台工作人员态度极其恶劣。我们比规定入住时间晚了两个小时才办理入住，而且当我们询问房间情况时，工作人员还很不耐烦。房间本身还可以，但是空调坏了，我们要求他们检查空调时，工作人员再次明显不高兴。代客泊车花了很长时间，我几乎可以肯定代客泊车员**了。在餐厅找座位时，好几个服务员从我们身边走过，却根本没想过要安排我们入座。15分钟后，我们只好回房间了。就我们付的价钱来说……真是不值。
千万别住这家酒店！我们住了四晚，整个酒店都弥漫着下水道的臭味。浴室的洗手池堵塞，根本排不出去水，而且热水也从来没用过。我们连续三天都只能洗冷水澡。简直糟透了！我们每天都跟客房服务反映，也跟前台说过，但始终没人来解决问题。
我来这里是为了参加热气球节，我知道价格肯定会高，这一点我能接受。但是既然是高档酒店，就应该比速8好一些。房间非常单调，感觉就像是用棕色喷漆把所有东西都喷成了棕色，连门也是。房间里有一股怪味，一点也不清新。淋浴的水压也很小。房间里的电视很小，根本没法看。更糟糕的是，摆在大堂门口的糕点居然要2美元。这家酒店唯一值得称道的地方就是代客泊车服务，除此之外，它就是个速8。
