我们到达酒店时（下午6:40），前台只有我们两个人，办理入住花了30分钟。电脑出了点问题。酒店方面没有给我们任何解释：午餐时间、退房、网络等等。我们没拿到钥匙，那位不友好的年轻女主人不得不来带我们去房间。晚上9:25，她终于把钥匙给了我们。房间不像这家连锁酒店那样干净。地板黏糊糊的，厕所也很脏。酒店位置离95号公路太远，不适合旅行者。附近有很多餐厅，交通便利。

Lady at check in looked like I was bothering her just to check in. No smile, no hello, no welcome, no nothing.

Water was on floor from front door to elevator. No effort to dry the water or put out a safety sign.

Children were running around lobby unsupervised. A danger to bumping into senior citizens.

Small children began screaming at 9pm and continued for over an hour. In their room, hallways, elevator, and even outdoors. We were scared, it sounded as if children, including infants, were being abused. We were afraid to leave our room.

From midnight to 3am it sounded like a war was going on in the floor above us.

We were literally terrified and afraid to even call the front desk.

The lady at the reception counter was very nice and check in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was very good and filling. The room was clean and the stay was perfect. Thanks!

Perfect except for the additional towels and wash rags. The cleaning staff in the hallway so we ask for fresh towels and wash rags. They were stained. Drove to Target and brought new ones.

Unfortunately, credibility is lost. They refused to accept the guarantee in cash, and I am a visitor who does not have a credit card. When a friend paid the guarantee using his card, they deducted the room rent value again, amounting to $129 per day, even though I paid it in advance through the website and I reviewed it with them, to no avail.
