Had a fantastic stay with Ivy and Siebe.The b an b is stunning and immaculately clean and both hosts are so helpful. Their breakfast is supreme and as a chef myself...I mean that!

We booked this last minute as our ferry time had changed and we didnt fancy a long drive to Larne. It was very central and handy to the ferry, about a 5 minute drive. TWe got parked right outside which was handy. The check in was easy and hosts where so friendly. The place is spotless, beds where comfy, tea and coffee in room. And they had a lovely lounge with TV/Board games. We left too early for breakfast but will definitely go back.

Derrin Guest House is a beautifully maintained period property owned and operated by Ivy and Siebe. Being centrally located on a quiet residential street, it was easy to leave the car to travel to Belfast and beyond. The bus stop is literally steps from their front door, and train station an easy 10 minute walk. When we arrived, Ivy greeted us at the front door. She made us feel completely at home. Her knowledge of the area, recommendations and advice for attractions made our trip even more special. In our opinion, Ivy went above and beyond our expectations when she booked a dinner reservation for us on the evening of our arrival. Our room was large, bright and nicely appointed with a small couch, large bed and ample closet space for our 4 night stay. The bathroom was updated, spacious and clean. Breakfasts served in a large, sunny front room were sumptuous. Cold buffet and cooked to order breakfasts were available. My husband especially enjoyed the salmon and scrambled eggs special on two occasions. Nothing was too much for Ivy, she's a wonderful hostess. We would definitely stay at Derrin Guest House if we travel to the Belfast area.

B&B on the edge of Larne town centre met by Ivy who was lovely and helped me plan my onward journey to Derry, spotlessly clean I had a double en-suite at a great price, excellent breakfast to set me up for the day. Ideal location just on the edge of town.

We were warmly welcomed into the owners beautiful Edwardian home. Ivy explained clearly the breakfast menu, on street parking arrangements, and then suggestions for our evening meal. Our bedroom was spotless, bed comfortable with two adequate pillows, all linens very good. The operators experience with running B&Bs was obvious. Thank you for a very comfortable stay in your lovely home.

When our ferry was cancelled our decision to stay at Derrin Guest House was definately the right one! Such lovely hosts, so welcoming. The facilities were immaculate and the breakfast delicious. Very central and handy for places to eat and drink. Will definitely be back x

Perfect stay- hosts were very friendly & hospitable serving a lovely breakfast. We booked a night after the Killers concert in Belfast, (25-30 mins drive). Great value also! Highly recommend this place
