we have been a guest of Biggin Hall hotel 5 times over 20 years. This visit (my wife and I) was to have a few days away before the hysterics of Chrisatmas. We use Hotels a lot for holidays in the UK, and gradually over the last 10/12 years, there has been a gradual decline in the service/standards particularly of food. But not Biggin Hall Hotel. their attention to detail is exemplary. the food is prepared at the hotel (not bought in and heated in a microwave!) the breakfasts set you up for the day, and packed lunches are provided. The fact that the hotel was almost full at this time indicated that others have found similar experiences. You must visit and enjoy the experience, I'm sure you wont regret it!!

Interesting hotel and generally excellent food though one evening meal was less good. Lacks a bar though there is a nice pub next door.

The staff were polite and efficient. Hotel was lovely. Very quiet location. Had everything we needed. Food was delicious. Daily pack lunch very handy.

Great food, delicious, perfectly prepared and served, very helpful and polite staff, no request was too much trouble. Packed lunch each day and welcome drink was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel had lots of character. We couldnt fault the room. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The little touches like fresh milk and drinks in the fridge on arrival. Packed lunch every mornimg of our stay. Ideal location for exploring. The pianist in the restaurant in the evening was lovely.The food was very good.

Lovely countryside hotel
Very pleasant place with friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. Attractive grounds with a short sculpture walk around the garden.
Only potential problem is that it can be noisy in the main building. It’s a very old house and the floors creak. We had someone above us who woke at 5am and chose to pace back and forth for the next few hours. This was very annoying so you may want to consider this before booking a room in the main house.
