They charged me a fee for a service animal. That is highly illegal. But I was too exhausted to explain they can’t do this per the ADA. It didn’t seem like the front desk clerk was going to listen to me anyways. He kept telling me it’s a pet fee. Service dogs are not pets! They provide a service to a person in need. Room was okay. Bugs in the bathtub. Quiet. Good location

Enjoyed it. I grew up in Caro and didn't think the hotels would be nice. Wish it had a small end table in the bathroom for clothes, other than that I wil book again in thr future.

My parents booked a room ahead of time. When they got there they sold their HANDICAPPED room to someone else. The room was dirty, the AC unit was filthy and the man who ran the front desk was beyond rude.

Comfortable Home-Base
I come to Caro every few months for family matters and want a comfortable, homey-feeling, safe place to call home for the time I'm here. I'm a solo older lady. This is my first time at Kingsway Inn, but so far it seems to be perfect for my home base in Caro and I will choose Kingsway the next time.

Great place
This is a great place to stay is you are just looking for a nice place to sleep. We are on our 4th year of staying here and other family members are staying here as well. Always clean and comfy.
