Awesome place and people! We stay here every time we visit Attica/Batavia/Buffalo. Love Breakfast in our room each morning. Beautiful and quiet surroundings outside the village.

This was our second time here, and we loved it even more as if it were possible! The ambiance, the quiet, and the service were absolutely top notch! Chef Dave and Carolyn make this stay truly unforgettable with their charm and kindness. Room big and spacious with an equally big bathroom with a walk in shower and heated floors. Big comfortable bed and a beautiful view. If possible, splurge on the dinner! We’ve gotten the dinner package both times and it’s so worth it. The food is amazing quality, cooked to perfection and made with so much love. We are already planning a trip for summer!

Tucked away in a quiet opening is the beautiful lodge! Our stay was serene and relaxing, room was cozy, the bed was SO comfortable and the shower! Oh my! The shower was a dream- I believe there were 5 shower heads…. Indescribable! The owners were welcoming and made you feel at home. Breakfast was delightful- mmm berry soup! And the dinner- I am so grateful that my husband talked me into wanting to stay in for dinner…. every course delicately handcrafted and delicious. The lamb melted in your mouth and the raspberry pepper sauce the chef prepared was a true treat. This place was wonderful for slowing down, taking it all in and relaxing. My husband and I will be coming here again.

River Spring Lodge was an excellent retreat and escape from our day to day. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The food was phenomenal and service was exceptional!

Had a wonderful anniversary getaway. We chose the dining package. The food was wonderful. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy. Would love to stay again in the future. Carolyn and Chef David were wonderful hosts.

Highly recommend staying here! Was so quiet, relaxing and clean. Owner was very friendly and brought coffee and breakfast up to our room the next morning (which was so good!). Scenery is so beautiful and set back in the woods. We can't wait to go back and we will be staying for more than 1 night to try the dinner package.

For the second year in a row, my husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary here. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed beautiful accommodations and delicious food for both a four course dinner and breakfast. The grounds are lovely and I’m sure we’ll return again.

The River Spring Lodge is awesome. Our room had a small patio looking towards a pond and beautiful woods with changing colors. Our dinner and breakfast were very good including being served to our room. Carolyn is very attentive, cheerful and fun to have as a host. The location is very relating. Thank You
