Stayed in the hotel for 10 days recently. To be honest I was a bit sceptical but when I got to the hotel it was good. Decent room, comfy bed and spacious. Staff were great the full stay all very helpful. Only downside the bar is shut early as we found out when we got back at 22.30 one night! Location is perfect with 10 min walk to the centre of town. There is a shopping mall at the back of the hotel with a carrefour and food court. Great gym also in the shopping mall which is handy

We arrived at the hotel, at the reception we were greeted by a nice clerk, who quickly took care of our reception. The room is large, clean and tidy, a good and clean shower, towels are changed every day. Meals can be ordered every day from a menu found in the dining room for a separate fee, the dishes are good for both breakfast and dinner, reasonable and good prices according to the custom in the area. Adjacent free parking, an advantage of being able to walk to the Epiploishet Mall in a minute's walk. Recommend the place.

First at all, it is very rude to keep the business open while they're doing whatsoever refurbishment of. It is health and safety hazard if u didn't knew it. Secondly, sort out your staff behaviour. Sooooo incredibly rude and unprofessional, non caring...just awful. 7 nights on a row and we had to literally beg for someone to come and change our towels and bins and even after that, the cleanliness was below standards. Avoid this place.
