Beautiful and the people were so nice and helped us as much as they could after wanted fumigated our room while we were using it

Nice room. Great location. Convenient for walking downtown. Wonderful breakfast. Front desk staff friendly. Balcony a plus.
Indoor pool was nice but not heated; no restroom nearby. Had to ask for enough towels every day (3 guests registered; only 2 sets in room). TV kept coming on by itself; had to unplug it every night. Small bathroom. Couldn’t get water for shower regulated; either too hot or too cold.
Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Centrally located, many dining options nearby. We stayed in building #3, the room was fine, but it is dated and could use some updating. Staff are friendly and helpful, felt safe walking around.

Over all the stay was pleasant. Comfy beds and location was perfect. Was very convenient with our two small dogs. My only 2 complaints are I woke up each morning with ants on the bathroom sink and I never could get the hot water to work in the shower. But other then that it was a good place to stay.

This will be the 2nd vacation we have booked for this hotel. We will keep booking here as long as we are happy. This is a great hotel for the money. Convenient for the family.

我们在这家酒店住了30多年了。以前设施总是完美无缺，地理位置也很好。但自从温德姆接手后，一切都变得糟糕透顶了。
去年四月春假高峰期，我们本来有确认的预订，但当我们到达酒店时，却被告知房间已经被租给了一些大学生。我花了几个月才拿到退款。
这次我们按计划在13号办理了入住。房间里没有电话、没有咖啡壶、没有冰桶，台灯也没有灯罩。浴室里甚至没有镜子。我不得不亲自去前台，因为他们列出的电话号码根本没人接。我打电话给预订中心，他们也多次尝试联系前台，然后回电话告诉我，他们同样没有得到任何回应。在我们入住期间，前台也从未接听过我的手机电话。
四天里，我们只收到了一次客房服务。我不得不去洗衣房央求他们给我干净的毛巾。我们住在543房间，而隔壁的545房间里有一群狗在叫，我之前都不知道这家酒店允许养狗。房间里虽然安装了电话，但根本不能用，我的iPad也连不上WiFi。
说白了，我们以后再也不会使用温德姆旗下的酒店了。
