The room was clean. The shower curtain in the shower needs to be longer as water got on the floor when we took showers. Will stay here again.

First and foremost, the staff was AMAZING! Very courteous and proactive. My wife and I usually stay across the street, but it was booked and this was available, so we gave it a shot. We were PLEASANTLY surprised. The bed was comfy. The pillows were great. The heat worked well. The Wander Hotel is now our go to place to stay in Gatlinburg!

The rooms could use some updating. The TV in our room was very small and ever channel had a lot of static. We only made it to one breakfast. The eggs, pancakes, and sausage were good; however, they were all cold. The biscuits for the sausage gravy were hard, showing they had been sitting out after cooking for a good amount of time. Staff was friendly.

我们在这家酒店住了30多年了。以前设施总是完美无缺，地理位置也很好。但自从温德姆接手后，一切都变得糟糕透顶了。
去年四月春假高峰期，我们本来有确认的预订，但当我们到达酒店时，却被告知房间已经被租给了一些大学生。我花了几个月才拿到退款。
这次我们按计划在13号办理了入住。房间里没有电话、没有咖啡壶、没有冰桶，台灯也没有灯罩。浴室里甚至没有镜子。我不得不亲自去前台，因为他们列出的电话号码根本没人接。我打电话给预订中心，他们也多次尝试联系前台，然后回电话告诉我，他们同样没有得到任何回应。在我们入住期间，前台也从未接听过我的手机电话。
四天里，我们只收到了一次客房服务。我不得不去洗衣房央求他们给我干净的毛巾。我们住在543房间，而隔壁的545房间里有一群狗在叫，我之前都不知道这家酒店允许养狗。房间里虽然安装了电话，但根本不能用，我的iPad也连不上WiFi。
说白了，我们以后再也不会使用温德姆旗下的酒店了。
这家酒店地理位置绝佳，这是我唯一能夸它的地方。如果客人多，早餐还不错，有饼干配肉汁和炒蛋；但如果预订的人不多，就只有炒蛋和半生不熟的香肠。
有一点需要注意，如果你带宠物，他们会安排你住那种地板很久没拖过的老房间。他们用除尘拖把拖过，但如果你不小心洒了水，再用拖把擦，你会发现拖把是黑色的，而且床很不舒服。前台的小伙子人很好，帮了我很多忙，他说他们有很多新床垫，但很不幸，我们住的房间没有。
工作人员友善且善解人意。我觉得室内泳池的空调可以再给力一些，而且很遗憾，按摩浴缸当时无法使用。另一个需要改进的地方是淋浴水温；我始终无法将水温调到温热、冰冷或滚烫——只有这几个选项。除此之外，一切都很好：床很舒服，房间宽敞，景色也不错。我觉得就这个价格而言，性价比很高。
早餐糟透了，一点健康食品都没有！
他们从来没打扫过房间。我觉得这家酒店是在利用 Whyndhan 的品牌来推销自己，但其实远不止于此！在其他任何一家连锁酒店，你都能付同样的价格。我不会再去了。
