The place is very central - its main selling point. The room was OK overlooking a ***** of garden behind the property. It was fair value for money. Parking is close by. As other reviews have noted, there is an air of neglect or indifference about the place. Be wary about the fact there is a bar next door. It is possible that there was a very important local sports event happening that evening - the noise from the bar was very loud and sustained until 1 0r 2 in the morning - it only got drowned out around midnight as there was a spectacular thunderstorm / cloudburst. My main gripe was the service. I didn't encounter anyone. Even though I had advised the place I wouldn't be arriving until around 7.00pm there was no one there when I did arrive at 7.00pm. No matter how many times I rang the door bell, there was no one. I was let in by guests who were heading out for the evening. I emailed the supplied email address and after 30 + minutes I had a response (I had considered trying to find other accomodation by this stage). I then had a rather slow & desultory WhatsApp message communication with the ? proprietor / manager. Seemingly he had lost his phone. Then, amazingly (how unfortunate was this person), his car failed to work. After coughing up the money, by bank transfer, I was given the PIN for the room. When I left, again no one there. Singularly unimpressive; the sense of neglect & indifference was confirmed by my experience.
绝对不要来这里……房间破旧不堪,卫生状况更是糟糕。设备都坏了(镜子、浴室灯……),气味难闻,浴缸隔帘脏兮兮的,卫生状况更是令人堪忧,油漆泛黄,潮湿不堪。房间在花园里,俯瞰着用大胶带修补过的屋顶……房间里的电视机和整个酒店一样糟糕。经理在我们抵达时态度和蔼,但我认为酒店要么是陷入了严重的财务困境,要么就是因为需要进行大量整修而走到了尽头。我们根本没法和儿子待在一起,因为这里太脏了,最好还是另找酒店预订。我们必须离开这里,另找酒店。避免犯下和我们一样的错误……
房间一点都不卫生,床旁边有一块带血的创可贴。床上的水龙头根本不能用,如果你想洗澡的话就必须使用淋浴喷头。淋浴器本身很脏,有黄色斑点和水垢,而且淋浴杆不见了。横梁已经发霉并且看上去杂乱无章。整栋楼包括房间都弥漫着霉味。这不是一个好的体验,当然不推荐。查看添加的照片
拉昂的“Boufflet”酒店警告,质量不佳!房间很旧,从未维修过,很多东西都坏了,橱柜宽40厘米,里面的东西都坏了,橱柜的镜子也坏了,只要你放下东西,架子就会掉下来,墙壁之间的缝隙有3厘米和地板上的所有管道都生锈了。我不能打开窗户,因为油腻的食物散发出难闻的气味。另外楼下就有一家酒吧,一直吵到凌晨 3 点!!!浴室不是很干净,浴缸上方没有水龙头,只有淋浴,没有浴垫,2 人可使用 2 条小毛巾(入住 7 天)!!接待处从来没有人解决现场问题 - 你每次都必须打电话给老板。任何地方都没有咖啡,甚至没有一杯我们自己泡的咖啡,什么都没有!!床吱吱作响,床单是劣质的合成纤维,而且显然根本就没洗过,因为洗过之后闻起来不干净!当我们到达时(约定的时间),房间还没有准备好,尽管酒店里没有人(现在我们明白为什么了!)所以当我们走进房间时,地板是湿的!这样的酒店经营者应该被吊销执照!!!!!!
幽灵酒店,到达或离开时都没有看到任何人。我们只是要求您通过电话付款以获取进入代码。 房间宽敞,如果干净的话就更好了。浴缸没有清理干净,到处都是霉菌……床单闻起来很干净,但没有熨烫,最重要的是有污渍……服务中提供早餐,但不存在。咖啡,茶,但没有杯子,没有水,没有牛奶......如果没有认真且可用的员工,在巴黎定居的同时,要妥善管理拉昂的此类场所一定很困难。太糟糕了,有潜力,但严重缺乏维护。
房间位于拉昂历史中心,价格非常合理!两个人50欧元!早上有茶和热巧克力还有糕点🥐,迷人的老板我推荐这间客房,因为在市中心很难找到价格合适的房间
我的儿媳妇(不会讲法语)在二月份预订,在她出发前几天支付了二月份到期的全额费用,Boufflet 夫人要求她全额付款(第二次!),我的儿媳妇-law 由于无法立即访问他的文件,因此产生了疑虑并再次支付了所要求的金额。当她发现第一笔付款的踪迹后,她联系了Boufflet女士,向她发送了第一笔和第二笔付款的证明,Boufflet女士保证她会偿还她的费用,但三天后仍然没有任何消息,当我打电话给她时我的儿媳妇,她粗鲁地挂断了我的电话。
