Bed was extremely hard. Breakfast was horrible and not upkept. No plates or utensils. Room smelled funny. Wont be back sorry.

Unless you enjoy upper respiratory infections and living in filth, stay away. The location is hard to beat, however make the drive for a better place. Even the breakfast area was completely nasty. If I were the owners, I'd make a complete chain of command swap - swift and deliberate. It's like something we'd see on the Travel Channel television show "Hotel Impossible", except worse. Anthony Melchiorri from the show should visit here and save this place from certain death. After the stay, I spent 5 days fighting an upper respiratory infection. I sincerely hope things change and the place improves for other visitors. I can't see myself ever staying here again.

I requested someone come and mop the floor because it looked dirty. The receptionist told us it was stained, but clean. Someone didn't clean the floor because we could see dirt and dead bugs. The carpet wasn't cleaned either. The curtains were too long and were getting in the way of the air conditioner thereby blocking the air flow. The walls were stained in the bathroom, you could see hand prints. One of the bedcovers had the same kind of dirt. The ice bucket had mold in it. The room smelled like mildew so we asked to be moved but according to the receptionist, the manager said the room was clean enough. We will never stay there again. The receptionist was nice, though. We did ask for extra blankets and a pillow.

A great stay. I checked in for 2 nights and was greeted by friendly front of house staff. My room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed/Pillows. The bathroom is dated but everything worked fine and white stuff toiletries were a nice added touch (along with a rather lovely pillow spray too!) These were also replaced so I had fresh toiletries for my second night. Breakfast was good. The mini smoothies and fruit pots were excellent, along with the usual English breakfast options. Only improvement here would be for the toaster to to turned up, it took 3 attempts before I got more than just warm bread.
