This is our second visit to this hotel. During our first visit, it was spring, and we were amazed by the blues and greens. This time, the snowy view was magnificent. We stayed in a junior suite. The rooms are spotless and warm. Very peaceful and quiet. In the game room, there are plenty of options for children to play. The room had everything we needed. The only minor issue was the salt—rather than small packets, it could be provided in larger jars. The packets were very tiny and insufficient, and when I asked for more, the same tiny packets were given again, so I had to drive 20 minutes to a nearby market to buy salt.

The apartment was delightful, lots of space and a delightful green outside space that sloped down to the lake. Amazing to be able to see Neuschwanstein Castle in the distance on the other side of the lake
