It has been better before
We have visited here three times in a row, always booking the junior suite and getting a lovely room in the main building. We checked in and got took to our room which was in the annex, they lady showed us our room and left. The room was bigger than normal but I couldn’t help but notice that all the windows looked out on to properties and flats, the local takeaway and lots of residential garages. I messaged the hotel to explain my disappointment. After a while, we had already unpacked, they rang the room and told us they had already upgraded our room but that we could move to the main building. I declined as we had already unpacked and wanted to relax. I was surprised this room was classed as an upgrade as the bathroom was not a his and hers, the view was awful and noisy. I could hear traffic and the public foot path below the window was being used constantly. We had to stay with the curtains closed for most of our stay.
On check out the money was taken swiftly. We have enjoyed our previous years here but wouldn’t return again which is a shame as this has always been a place we looked forward to staying at.

婚礼庆典并过夜。从接待到食物和整体服务，都是一流的！各方面都值得推荐的位置。客房和套房非常棒，永恒优雅且舒适。性价比还是不错的。随时再次高兴！
