The hotel was not in rome it was 41 miles after clicking the link the room was not as advertised and i used my credit card to pay and was still charged on my debit card there was loud music and kids Playing football in the parking lot at night

The mattress and mattress pad were stained/dirty looking. The bed spread was dirty. The bathroom floors were also in need of a good cleaning. The air freshener that was used was so strong that it would almost take your breath away. On a good note, the water pressure in the shower was great!

Had confirmed reservation but on arrival desk clerk said, "No vacancies" and offered no further help
I found a place 20 miles away
Made my college 50 year reunion more difficult
The "Garden Inn" really looked like a trashy dump so it was a blessing in disguise
冰箱坏了，微波炉几乎没用，枕头硬得像石头，如果提前入住，还要额外收取10美元现金。床单要么脏了，要么烧焦了。没有清洁人员，而且他的话真的很难理解。马桶需要冲两次水，无线网络也很糟糕，几乎什么信号都打不开。我强烈建议不要住在这里。

我们不得不买清洁用品和枕头才能住一晚。从床头板到枕头，都脏得要命。浴缸里有一团头发，就这么粘着。遥控器、橱柜和台面都积了一层脏东西，脏得需要用工业清洁剂。门上的缝隙超过半英寸。门上没有锁，我们给鞋子套上了防盗窗罩，因为地板太脏了，袜子五分钟就变黑了。真是令人不安！！！
总体来说，这是一家价格合适的好酒店，我需要一间房住一晚，而且价格还算合理。
物业经理很挑剔。我住过他们好几次，他对我和我家人的态度每次都越来越差。
