It's really embarrassing that in our country you can't handle the Estonian language and it's as if it's natural that you have to communicate in Russian. How is it possible that a doctor cannot explain to a client his health problem in Estonian...shameful.

The receptionists are Russian. They don't speak English. It is paradoxical that in a tourist centre in a country like Estonia, which is so open to Europe, the staff doesn't speak English. This makes the Toila Spa seem like a place in the depths of Russia. The worst thing is that the receptionists are not friendly and kind to the clients either. Instead, they treat the clients with a certain authoritarianism that is not typical of the European culture of good service. Much of the Soviet mentality still remains in this region of the Baltic countries. I was a frequent client, but I decided to change to the Narva-Jõesuu Spa.

We travelled with my mother to relax and enjoy ourselves, and Toila Spa delivered our expectations! Friendly service, many wonderful spa treatments including massages, amazing Orhidea spa with cozy saunas and delicious food. Also location is very peaceful, with beautiful nature and sea nearby. Prices are not high, I was amazed how much you get with just a few hundred euros. We enjoyed ourselves and we are coming there again soon to relax and unwind!

On a road trip to discover the unbeaten path, we wanted to stop by for food. Bad timing and off-season made it impossible to find anything available, so we gave a try at the Hotell, where we found a self-service buffet and a restaurant available. We opted for the self-service buffet that offered a good variety and good quality of food. The place is recently renovated and was pleasant. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were very warm, helpful and extremely professional. Strongly advise for road travelers...

Nice and peacful place with professional specialists for all kinds of massages. Situated on the sea side and near an wonderful old park. Good kitchen with various courses, clean and comfortable simple rooms. Very recommended in any season.
我去托伊拉水疗中心（Toila SPA）是为了放松身心，享受宁静。入住前，老板雅内克·普鲁尼斯（Janek Pruunis）亲自向我承诺，将提供10天的“极致静谧”假期，让我彻底放松。正是基于这些承诺，我才同意前往，并支付了大约1000欧元（对我来说是一笔不小的数目）。然而，现实却与承诺截然相反。我得到的不是宁静和舒适，而是持续不断的不适和糟糕的服务。最令人不快的莫过于房间里的噪音（包括嘈杂的暖气片），严重影响了我的休息和睡眠。结果，我的“放松”变成了压力。我尤其想指出工作人员的态度：冷漠而刻板；他们非但没有提供帮助的意愿，反而对顾客的诉求置之不理。当承诺落空时，我却找不到任何有效的解决办法。总而言之：价格和承诺与实际体验完全不符。如果您重视宁静、彻底放松和真诚的客户服务，我不会推荐这个地方。

大家好！我和家人在自助餐厅吃午餐，快吃完了。一切都很美味，除了一件事。但是，当我们上去给自己倒咖啡时，咖啡机只倒了一杯，然后就要求服务。我转身看到服务员，是两位女士，我问：“请问您能帮我倒一杯吗？”——接着是一阵笑声，对方回答说：“不行！”——然后我和伴侣又笑了！我们简直被这一切搞糊涂了！当然，她上来把咖啡机弄坏了！当然，我心里有一种不祥的预感！
水疗中心非常棒，提供 90 分钟毛巾、各种桑拿、带水流的趣味泳池等、25 米泳池、阳光露台、漩涡浴缸等。
温泉很好。没有在酒店过夜。早餐有问题：10点才公布早餐，煎饼和鸡蛋~9点15分就不再送了，说不做饭了。客户难以置信地来来去去。通常在旅馆里，他们会做饭直到早餐结束，我认为这是正确的。如果我在 9:30 来，不幸的是我会收到很少的菜肴。
