Hotel is situated directly on the square with parking lot accessible from the other side. Lot was almost full so I had hard time to not obstacle other cars. Reception is accessible going several corridors in building but you need to have some luck in order to find it. Room was okay, fridge could have been bigger with more power. I really appreciate the air conditioning.

I travelled with Crusader Holidays, arrived 9th Sept left 15th Sept 23 Hotel is right in the Centre of Vocklabruck. Most of the staff were rude or simply ignored you if you dared to speak to them or get their attention. Food was terrible, think they felt we were just a Coach party (and English) so any old muck for evening dinner would be ok, dinner and breakfast included in our package. Frozen veg not properly defrosted, carrots and peas like bullets. Rice or potato’s every night on their own or together. Was short changed twice by the staff, one staff member admitting their error, and still gave me wrong change after that. Bar Manager and good friend of owner was rude, and wanted us out of bar in eve, demanding we pay bill and leave.we were residents ! The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment and still sits in the 1960’s and so does the owner. Insisted on moving room on day one, given room 405 which was a death trap on top floor, 4 rung step ladder left in room for us to trip over and we are both disabled ! Got moved to Room 306 next day, which was an improvement. Many fellow coach travellers complained about hotel and food and rooms to owner but ultimately ignored. I hope someone at Vocklabruck or Austrian Tourist board reads this because Hotel Aurehahn is a disgrace. The owner in his 70’s has probably made a fortune from this place over the years and thinks he’s fireproof. Locals told me he pretty much owns and runs the town, lending money to start up cafes and businesses in the town centre if it suits his purpose. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel as this and have no idea why Crusader Holidays used it ? Shame really, coz it’s such a pretty little town, with idyllic surroundings, and useful to get to lakes etc. Please don’t stay there, it’s ghastly !

I stayed in this Hotel for 6 days on a business trip. The experiences have been horrible. When I reached Hotel, the owner handed over the slip for my entire stay swiped on my card (~350 Euro). This was done purely based on my credit card number shared with them by my Travel agency. I never gave any physical card to entered my card pin on swiping machine. On returning back to my country I got statement which stated that they charged Euro 750 on Top of the actual stay purely based on my card. this is not less than fraud. I reached out to them and since last 8 weeks they have not refunded my money. on following up with them the Hotel owner threaten not follow up else he will not refund. This is not less than cheating & batter to avoid this hotel rather than saying sorry like me. Imagine how much fraud they can do with this.

房间简洁，与相对低廉的价格相符，但干净整洁。还配备了大电视和USB充电接口。还有遮光窗帘。床软得像海绵一样。由于床很薄，我晚上睡不着：我能听到几个房间的噪音和谈话声。即使酒店附近没有主干道，街道噪音也能听到。耳塞也只是部分有用。工作人员还不错。
“Zum Auerhahn”是这片街区第一个找到的。作为弗克拉布鲁克本地人，我当时就想住在那里。网上有人推荐双人间，价格大约100欧元。我们没有预订就到了，高级经理却给我们提供了一间250欧元的套房。我的伴侣立刻就同意了；对我来说，住一晚太贵了，尤其是考虑到酒店当时的状况。我们订了一间附楼的房间，价格高达180欧元！房间干净宽敞，至少如此。因为是星期天，我们找不到其他餐厅，就在那里吃了。食物很棒。可惜的是，高级经理的服务搞砸了。我吃完了，但我的伴侣还没吃完。他们只是把我的桌子收拾了。这可不是闹着玩的。我的伴侣完全没胃口。简直糟透了！我小时候还记得Auerhahn。我们每次有特别的庆祝活动都会去那里。现在它已经破旧不堪，昏暗不堪，高级经理也应该退休了。这不可能！服务非常忙碌，尽管当时人不多。这肯定是因为老经理在场。他其实非常随和友好。早餐不错，服务有点过于繁琐，但总体来说还不错。这家店需要翻新一下。真可惜。

因为临近圣诞市场，我们周末在这家酒店住。这家酒店很脏，所有楼层都积了一层灰尘，包括今天没有打扫过的餐厅。搬完床之后，房间里满是灰尘和污垢，还有一些用过的纸巾。浴室的入口是用不够透明的玻璃隔开的。浴室里的风扇和开关都坏了。到处都是污垢，包括一张脏兮兮、积满灰尘的桌子。包含的早餐简直是一场悲剧，而且已经20年了。工作人员粗鲁无礼。应该派人去酒店打扫卫生，检查一下那里的厨房和仓库，酒店的经营条件可能不令人满意。我不推荐这家酒店，老板是个猪，是个骗子，应该吊销他的执照！
跟随莱杰大巴旅行团入住此地。所有入住的卧室都很脏，有些在我们抵达时甚至没有打扫。我们卧室的浴室地板上有一条之前用过的脏毛巾，淋浴时由于实心浴帘安装不严，水漫到了地板上，墙上留下了难看的痕迹，一盏床头灯不亮，电视脏兮兮的，根本无法使用。使用延长线，插头数量众多。在桌子上发现了10张布餐巾和一个淋浴喷头！！！地板需要用吸尘器吸一下，才能清洁或更换。开胃菜沙拉盛在不同的碗里，没有盖上盖子，而且放得太早了，招来不少苍蝇。
最糟糕的早餐体验！早餐区很脏，桌子都没人打扫——如果我们想坐在那里吃饭，就必须自己清理比我们先吃过早餐的客人留下的脏盘子、杯子和剩菜。没有熟食，只有冷盘。还行，除了鸡蛋。鸡蛋煮得不太好。我的鸡蛋不能吃，真恶心。我尝到了一种奶酪糕点，大约一周前做的，味道很奇怪。麦片的选择很少，只有那些可怕的加糖麦片。工作人员在那里，但他们没有打扫，他们只是在续咖啡和热水壶，对混乱的情况视而不见。另外——床很舒服，房间很温暖，浴室也相对干净。如果只过夜，请不要吃早餐。我想我需要一些时间才能从脑海中抹去那些画面。
