Room was dirty Staff was very lazy,kettle was dirty despite having complain to change it,I dnt recommend this hotel, access of mall road is very far,you will end up in traffic to go to the Library, difficult to return back as all the driver will refuse you,including the hotel driver

this hotel is top of the hills & room is very big size good location staff is polite ,food is excellent big size conference hall nice view i like this hotel & visit again again

Wonderful place , beautiful view and ambience.Excellent hospitality. It was my son’s 5th birthday we have celebrated there and believe me hospitality was wonderful Mr Malik Gm of the hotel and his team has done a wonderful job. Food was fantastic and the arrangement done by them were outstanding. Mr Malik himself taken care of each and every things which we really appreciate, he is a very humble person I must say. Location is very peaceful all my guest enjoyed a lot . Absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. It was written 3 or 4 star hotel but felt like a 1 star hotel. At first we had booked a deluxe room with a private balcony, and the same was shown in pictures but we had a shared balcony. Then we paid extra for a suite room which was “newly renovated and luxurious” but when we entered it was not cleaned well, pillows had staines, and no amenities and towels were given. The bathroom was absolutely FILTHY and the floor was muddy. The geyser was also not working. The next day we told them to clean it in the morning, but when we came back in the afternoon the room was not cleaned and the staff justified saying that “we first cleaned the rooms that would be checked into.” This is unacceptable as their only target is sales and not service. They must feel as if existing customers do not deserve service. When we asked to talk to a senior, a person called Mr. Malik and Kailash came and argued saying that we must have not turned on the switch on the geyser( turned out they kept it off on the back end) or left the windows open so dust came in. The amount of dust gathered was not possible in one day and even if that was possible, they SHOULD have cleaned the rooms in the morning. Mr Malik was extremely rude and refused to accept the mistakes. He even tried to walk away without answering. I believe the house keeping staff was respectful however the issues were SOLELY because if the TERRIBLE ATTITUDE OF MANAGER. I am not sorry to say that I shall NEVER stay at Treebo hotels again. ATTACHED PICTURES are after two three rounds of cleaning, ironic part is there was seepage after so called “renovations”
