我们在萨努尔的苏达马拉度假村的体验非常满意。热情周到的服务,美味丰盛的食物,种类多样,口味俱佳。如果对食物有任何特殊要求,工作人员都会非常乐意提供帮助。这是一个管理得非常好的酒店,处处体现着让客人赞赏的额外心意。
唯一可以提出的建设性建议是浴室镜子的灯光位置需要改进,以便女士们化妆。别墅的户外花园区域不防雨——所有东西都会被淋湿。
这是一个管理非常好的度假村。
这里很安静也很干净。从二楼阳台俯瞰泳池的景色也很棒。漱口水都用瓶装水提供。房间很宽敞,床也很舒服,睡了个好觉。整个酒店就像一个博物馆,随处可见艺术收藏品。
不过,瑜伽不是常设课程,需要有报名者才开班。也许是因为酒店房间不多,没有其他人报名,我一个人上瑜伽课觉得有点不好意思,就没去。
早餐质量也很好。酒店位置便利,离海边、超市和便利店都比较近,散步很悠闲。去大型购物中心我们叫了Grab。萨努尔地区好像有很多澳大利亚退休人士。不像乌布市中心那样人挤人,这里很适合安静地放松,而这家酒店就是最好的选择。

还不错,就是有霉味,巴厘岛就是这个样子,不是第一次来了。但是服务确实是不错,环境也可以。还免费帮我们叫车。
酒店房间很漂亮很精致 也很大 定的泳池房,去游泳池就三步路的距离 但是!水质太差了。。我就住了一晚,这个滤芯用了十几个小时吧,救命!是我在巴厘岛滤过的最脏的滤芯了,刷牙都用矿泉水吧,别的都很好
这家酒店不同于其他酒店,异域风格艺术气息更浓一些,服务热情洋溢,每晚都有睡前小点心相赠,贴心,泳池很干净,环境还不错,最经典的是早餐可以点餐制,根据自己的口味更多选择性,不错不错有前途。

房间还不错,服务也挺好的。但是酒店自带的按摩很差劲。真的太差了。本来挺推荐这个酒店的,但是这个按摩太差了。买一送一90分钟,活动下来也要叫两三百一次,首先就没有90分钟,只有70分左右,即使算上坐下来洗脚的时间也不够90分钟。其次,按摩一点力度都没有,就涂了一点油,连摩擦都没有。真的很差劲。因为这个按摩,不想推荐这个酒店了。
这是一家小巧但非常干净且时尚的酒店。工作人员非常体贴周到,给我们留下了很好的印象。如果可以的话,我们希望再次入住。
