这家酒店最大的特点应该就是服务了,是我住过最不错的,always thinking one step ahead of customers. 在海鲜餐厅用餐时刚感觉快要下雨就有两三个员工过来帮你换到有遮雨棚的桌子,看我们没动桌上的食物以为是被雨淋着了立马去免费重新做了一份。买完单当我们还在观察下不下雨要不要借伞时,他们就已经帮你把伞撑开等着了。一系列的服务让你觉得是真的在为住客考虑。
如果有机会再去巴厘岛,我一定会考虑重新入住Ayana的。

卫生:各个地方都很好很干净,虽然十年了,但是维护得很好。
环境:占地90公顷,非常的大,光在酒店里玩三天就玩不完,岩石酒吧,非常值得推荐。
服务:这点还是可以💯,每人见到都是微笑,服务恰到好处。总之,非常值得这个价格。

我们住的是Rimba Wana,房间浴室空间很大很干净,被子枕头没有潮湿感和异味,这在一个潮湿的东南亚国家真的非常难得。唯一的问题就是退房的时候发现马桶漏水,已经和前台反映了,希望他们可以维修好。

非常感谢帮我们办理入住的前台大哥,给我们两个房间都升了好几档,我们带六岁的小孩吃早餐也没有额外收费。
酒店整个园区真的非常大,公区非常漂亮,像是在一个森林公园里。
不知道是不是春节假期的原因,酒店人超级多,班车有时候需要多等一会儿。我们早餐是在rimba的餐厅吃的,第一次见到自助餐厅有这么多的人,非常特别的体验。不过菜品供应非常及时。
总体来说,酒店景色、设施、服务都非常在线,我们一家人在ayana都玩的很开心。但如果对静谧性有要求的话可以考虑resort或者villa
超预期!林畔的园景房视野非常好,泳池花园还能望到远处的海岸线。房间装修风格虽然不太喜欢,但是设施都很齐全实用,住起来蛮舒服的,可以领浴球泡澡。园区太美了,一定要去花园、博物馆、海滩、泳池。接驳车方便,服务到位,非常有度假感。
环境自然不必说,不算便宜,但在阿雅娜是最便宜的了。
设施其实还好,但没有室内游泳池,天气不好的时候非常尴尬。
最糟心的是,这里一个订单,另一处一个订单,我一共住了3晚,居然都没主动给我打扫(有一天早上我让他晚点来)。
还有就是这是网红酒店,人太多了,特别是中国人实在是太多了……

避雷,不推荐。可能因为有期待,所以体验不是很好,而且是最后一站,跟之前Indigo和玛雅比还是非常大的差距。
首先是中国人太多,哪哪都是,而且坐穿梭巴很慢,很玛雅的环境和绿植比差太远。其次kuba沙滩也很小没啥看头,RockBar与土豆头比也差得挺远的,食物贵且难吃(无比怀念玛雅晚餐)。
酒店超大,巨好玩儿,里边包含博物馆、丛林、绿地公园、夜店、酒吧、海滩、悬崖、猴窝、公共汽车、各种餐厅还有9个风格各异的泳池,多说无益,语言描述不清,自己看图片吧。酒店的服务更是没得说,在这里特别感谢海边Kisik餐厅的Diana,她非常热情善良,服务质量更是顶级,这几天她也给了我们很多的帮助,同时带给我们了很美好的回忆。
网红酒店,整个酒店特别大,很有度假风,林畔是性价比最高的酒店距离出口也最近,就是要去rock var要坐摆渡车去。服务员服务态度挺好的就是不知道为什么我们入住没有给送花?每天打扫两次房间,酒店内消费挺贵的spa也贵,但是附近有家spa叫mesari的不错

整体设施很好,可以玩的地方很多,有博物馆,沙滩等。不用出酒店也可以玩两三天,但是里面餐馆吃饭价格有点高,不过抵不过环境好呀。建议入住后好好研究酒店地图,海边那个泳池最优。
