酒店回复: Lieber Georg, ich erlaube mir doch noch öffentlich auf Deine Bewertung zu antworten, so wie ich dies im persönlichen Mail an Dich bereits am 30. Oktober getan habe. Ich bedanke mich für Deine Rückmeldung und dafür, dass Du Dir die Mühe gemacht hast, mir persönlich die zu beanstandenden Punkte mitzuteilen. Ich weiss dies sehr zu schätzen. Ich habe Deinen Zimmerschlüssel verwechselt und Dir den Schlüssel von einem Zimmer übergeben habe, bei welchem das Einbetten erst am Folgetag vorgesehen war. Es ärgert mich sehr, dass mein Versehen dazu geführt hat, dass wir einen zufriedenen Stammgast völlig verärgert haben und damit auch all die guten Eindrücke, die wir vorhin hinterlassen hatten, auf einen Schlag hinfällig geworden sind. Um so mehr schätzen wir Deine Rückmeldung, dass Du das Vorkommnis als unglückliches "Einzelschicksal" einstufst und uns trotzdem bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder besuchen möchtest. Together with our neighbours we were looking forward to a great dinner. The whole experiencing was very disappointing. The Solothurner wine soup was not tasteful, the salat dressing was very watery and the venison was just not prepared well. The rehschitzel was really dry, while it should be juicy and tender. All the dishes were missing a certain personal signature from the cook, instead they were rather blend in taste. Even the french fries and spätzli were not good. Service was friedly but not attentive. We had to wait 10 minutes until until the bottle of white wine was brought to the table after we ordered. I can only hope that this was one time thing because it was Friday the 13th, but we will never know because we will not be visiting this restaurant again.
