The women’s changing room in Spa was extremely dirty. The floor was covered with water mixed with dirt and hair. The lockers are tiny, and the small space is very crowded, hot, and uncomfortable. On the way from the shower area to the pool, there was a dirty puddle of stagnant water reaching ankle height, which you had to step into just to pass through. At the reception, there were not enough locker keys — three people were given only two keys. There are only about 10 sun loungers for all visitors, which is completely insufficient. There is nowhere to sit. Swimming in the pool is impossible due to the excessive number of visitors moving chaotically. The passage to the changing rooms is very narrow and cluttered with shoes everywhere. Overall, the experience was extremely uncomfortable.

The swimming pool is small but very nice. Particularly the architecture and large windows on ground level with great park view. Swimming pools rules are somewhat awkward. They allow more than one swimmer on the swimming lane. What’s the purpose of the line if any number of the swimmers is allowed? Either remove the lanes or make clear rule that one swimmer is allowed at the time. Maybe limit time allowed to 10-15minuts of active swimming and no standing or social gatherings in the lane.
