The room was great functional but stylish and comfy. Bed was lovely and the shower was awesome. Staff were brilliant nothing was too much trouble and the food was excellent. Will definitely go again

我在这里见到了从澳大利亚来的家人，我们度过了一个非常愉快的夜晚。服务一流，食物也很棒，尤其是甜点，看下面的照片！！！！我在这里住了一晚，体验也很好，第二天的早餐也很棒。
酒店位置离Alton Towers很近，但周边没什么可逛的。服务水平参差不齐——值班经理很棒，乐于助人。酒吧员工一般，早餐员工则低于平均水平。早餐只有一个工作人员，如果客人多的话，体验会很差。而且，英式全套早餐里的薯饼还要额外收费。酒店房间和餐厅都很干净整洁。房间没有空调，暖气开得很高，没有工作人员帮忙的话无法调低暖气，但不巧的是前台晚上10点左右就关门了。总的来说，我们这次住宿还算过得去，但可能不会再来了。
