After we booked, the confirmation said that check-in was from 3pm to 6pm. We weren't planning on arriving until 10pm so we panicked a little. However, after careful reading, the confirmation said to contact the property for late check-in to get a code to the outside door. They were quick to respond with the code. Our key was waiting for us at the counter after accessing the outside door with the code.
