Hotel is good located in calm settings only a few minutes walk away from the central parts. Easy to park at hotels parking place. The room was a bit dated and some renovation is needed. Especially the bathroom needs some renovation, Bathtub with low waterpressure from shower. The room is relatively small with two chairs which wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was good. There is a small Bierstube which was very smoky.
