酒店回复: I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. We have a new desk clerk in training when you arrived for check in. She accidentally gave you the wrong room type. Half of our rooms are updated with new furniture, and the other half have our old furniture. The desk clerk made a mistake and gave the wrong room type with our old furniture. If you were to have went into the correct room type, you would have seen the updated furniture. I'm sorry once again any inconvenience this may have caused to you. We are an independent hotel, and I hope you understand that we are not required to update our rooms as frequently as franchises are. According to our cancellation policy we should have charged you the full amount of the reservation, but I decided to only charge you half the amount.

酒店回复: Yes, I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause to you. The room you were in is the only room with the TV in that position. We sorry due the odd design of the room layout this is only place we are able to put the TV.

酒店回复: We are sorry to hear that our property appears to be outdated to you. We were never informed of the fact that your A/C was not working, and had we known about this issue we would have immediately attempted to fix it or at the very least change your room. We recommend you booking at book at a Franchise hotel if you would like the most up to date property. Again, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause you.

酒店回复: Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we appreciate your feedback. We will work on correcting these issues. The previous guest torn our bed spread this past week and we were unable to have it replaced.

酒店回复: We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We did check the fridge in the room that was rented to you and it is working just fine. The iron isn't working, but had we known about this issue at the time of your stay we would have happily replaced for a new one. As for the towels, when they get washed sometimes the older towels tend to get mixed up with the newer ones, and again we would replaced them for newer ones to your liking had you notified us at the time of your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you and your family.

酒店回复: We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. We do have WiFi, you just need to ask for the password. We would have happily changed your bedspread had you asked us during your stay. We sorry about the tv signal, but this is out of control. We thank you for your feedback and we will work hard to make improvements.
