Floors were wet in my room and stayed that way cause of AC and maybe humidity. Bathroom smelt like urine. Breakfast was minimal and noticed no silverware or plates/bowls. Wi-Fi signal shotty. Heard noise from hallway since door had a gap at bottom. Pictures looked nice but definitely did not feel comfortable.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very professional. Cleanliness of the hotel over all was very good. The room was nice except for a few flaws. The shelf over the desk was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not shut. The air conditioner probably needed to be cleaned. There was a Musky smell in the air. The worst part of the room was the mattress. My husband had to sleep caddy corner in the bed because of the humongous dip, almost like a hole in the mattress.

There is nothing to like. AC doesn't fully function. Very small TV for basically no TV service. Floor in room hasn't been mopped in years. Desk broken. Door have no seal on bottom so basically your room is bright from the hall light. You can hear every room's steel door SLAM shut, even from floor above. Terrible. Arrived to 5 police cara in parking lot.

Room's appliances are very cheap, and no siute case holders, I had to rest my suite case on a towel on the wooden floor. Room's AC blowing humid air only. Very careless in handling breakfast, there was almost nothing to eat in breakfast during my entire stay (4 nights), even the coffee was cold to warm. I don't recommend this hotel and i don't think i would like to stay in this hotel again

Upon inquiring, we discovered that you had requested early checkout without paying any penalties or price difference, and our policy was explained to you in details. Staff also asked you to confirm if you want to check out or want to change the rooms the next day but you stayed for the entire stay of your reservation with us in the same room. That clearly shows that you have had no issues in the room or with your stay at our hotel. I understand your frustration of denial of and waive off of the fees for early checkout from weekly to daily prices.Please accept our sincere apologies but we can't act against the policies. Best Hotel ever. Rooms are nice and it has all essentials you might need on you trip i will reserved again ,low price per week is amazing ,i can stay for more days, easy check in, staff is really nice & they have free breakfast Overall i believe is really Clean and neat
