I had a truly excellent experience at this hotel. The service is outstanding — the staff is attentive, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with care and efficiency. The breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, offering diverse choices and delicious food. The quality and presentation of the meals are impressive. The facilities are great — the entire property is very well maintained, clean, organized, and pleasantly scented. It is clear that the hotel is carefully managed and thoughtfully structured to provide comfort to guests. The rooms are very comfortable, with an excellent bed and a very good shower. The overall room facilities are modern and well designed, allowing for proper rest and relaxation. The only minor downside is that the Wi-Fi occasionally does not work perfectly. However, aside from that, the experience is absolutely worth it. It is a wonderful place to relax and truly unwind. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

We came for a 2-day gateway to mainly enjoy the spa and the cute village! The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful! The spa was great: the pool was not huge but of a decent size and it a 25C temperature (indoor poor temperature) and the spa facilities were overall great! The breakfast selection was very good and the rooms were clean and the fireplace was well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

Well, I been in many places worldwide. I did not expect to meet this high quality. I have been advised to visitThe people, the place, the luxury style, making this place one of the best resorts for winter hollidays in Europe.
