酒店回复: Szanowna Pani, Bardzo dziękuję za przesłanie opinii. Uprzejmie proszę o informację z kim Pani była umówiona. Ja w tym dniu nie byłam obecna w pracy, gdyż byłam na urlopie. W sytuacjach gdy mnie nie ma w obiekcie lub jestem poza godzinami swojej pracy pracownicy recepcji oprowadzają gości, którzy chcą obejrzeć salę. W przypadku zainteresowania szczegóły są omawiane bezpośrednio ze mną. Wiem, że pracownik pokazał Państwu salę, a druga Pani, którą wzięliście Państwo za menedżera- rozmawiała z drugą Parą. Tego dnia mieliśmy salę wynajętą- ad hoc. Nie mamy na to wpływu, nie jesteśmy w stanie zablokować sali do obejrzenia na cały dzień. Uprzejmie proszę o kontakt gdyż bardzo zależy mi na wyjaśnieniu tej sprawy. Truly nice location just some 23km from Chopin airport, you get there within 30 minutes. Nice location with sandy subsoil and pine forest with huge villas from before the WW II. Apparently residence area of rich and expats, also popular weekend recreational area. Hotel is nice, fitting the atmosphere there. Nothing luxurious, rooms relatively simple, but well balanced retro style, not going over the top. Sleep quality was just terrible. Bed was fine, but rooms are badly noise insulated. I have heard every word said in the corridor, there was some strange low frequency noise in my room whole night (probably some ventilator or pump) and room service / cleaning woke me up at 6:30. Meeting facilities were fine, but we were only group of 4 so not so difficult to service. Lunch we had in pub Zalewajka, which is just next to the hotel and it is a part of that. Rural atmosphere, staff dressed in rural costumes from beginning of 20th century. Food was pretty Ok with reasonable prices. But at the end happened typical central / eastern European thing - staff which does not know how to behave properly. When leaving, my colleague forgot to close the entrance door of the restaurant. Waiter came out of the restaurant and instead of saying "Thank you for you visit, come again" and closing the door himself, he began to yell at my colleague that he should had closed the door. So quite positive feeling from the restaurant was completely destroyed.

我完全不推荐它！没有服务，房间就像二流旅馆，没有便利设施，床吱吱作响，就像 80 年代的夏令营一样，早餐糟糕透了，暖气从下午 5 点开始，早上已经很冷了，没有灯泡，遥控器里没有电池，迷你电视，没有停车位，远离市中心。也许这还可以忍受，但是周六晚上发生的情况让我震惊！！！楼下举行了一场老年人聚会，响彻整个酒店☺ 和女朋友一起下楼时我甚至无法在酒店餐厅点水......有趣的习俗，幸运的是水龙头里至少有冷水......
我期望有更好的标准。房间和浴室很干净，但相当陈旧，房间里有像奶奶一样的地毯。前台提供吹风机，而不是房间里，当我拿到吹风机时，我很惊讶它有多脏，上面满是灰尘。我两次要求修理卫生间的灯，第一次报告后，没有任何反应。直到第二天才修好。总的来说，这里的氛围有点像 20 年前的酒店，可以进行一些翻新，也许还可以进行一些客户服务培训。
地理位置很完美，但遗憾的是缺乏经营酒店的基本知识。灾难性的管理。完全缺乏专业精神。没有清洁服务，甚至没有更换毛巾！ 价格与服务的价值不符。我不推荐！
