This is more of a private home and you are welcomed into it. Rooms were lovely, very clean and excellent beds. Good air-con, shower and wi-fi. Different well-prepared breakfast each day and an excellent home-cooked dinner on one evening. Although a distance from the actual medina it was easy to get a petit taxi around the corner. Our host arranged an excellent guided tour of Fes, a day trip to Volubilis (amazing) and Meknes (unfortunately under renovation although our guide did take us to the newly renovated mausoleum). Also a late afternoon tour to Balil (cave dwellings) and Sofret - with a brilliant and very funny guide!
