Avoid at all costs! Unique location tucked away from everything so all your meals etc need to be at the property. The hotel is a random collection of rooms, old and very rundown. Tour groups use it because it's inexpensive. We travelled in winter and had to change rooms three times as the hot water didnt work and the split systems didnt heat. The breakfast was bread and spreads with only one hot egg dish, dinners were better but on the small size for the cost.

Beautiful location of a bit difficult to get to as it's on the bend of a road where the tour bus pulled over and we had to cross whilst other vehicles were travelling around very fast, though the hotel staff helped us cross safely. Big stairs and a shaky but secure bridge across to the hotel. It's big and so was our room but our bathroom (which are like small rooms inside the bedrooms) smelt of the old pipes. Wifi only works around the pool which was cloudy for some reason. Dinner was okay, breakfast was very light, buffet style with a couple of types of bread and preserve, yoghurt and eggs. I wouldn't recommend this place but not sure what around is better. Staff are friendly though!

Stayed for two nights, had dinner and breakfast at the Kaaba both days- fantastic food! The view of the cliffs was stunning from the pool/outdoor seating area. Rooms were charming and functional, however repeated issues with the air conditioning and when it was ‘fixed’ the room got down to 28degrees Celsius- a bit too toasty for a good nights sleep. Stunning location, incredible entry.

This place is booked up by tour companies only as it’s the cheapest place in town. It’s disgusting. If your tour company like ours has you down as staying here, demand somewhere else, which is what we’ve done. We moved out 2 hours after checking in. No hot water, no towels, filthy dirty sheets.

Looks good from outside. But the chaos starts from the time of check in. It’s a randomly build collection of rooms and stairs in between the two big mountains, in the canyon. Location wise it’s unique. A big building in a canyon. Staff is friendly but disorganized, Rooms were extremely cold in winter. Not much furniture or facilities in rooms. WiFi only in reception areas. Rooms have beds and few chairs only. Nothing more. Because it was too cold our room was changed to another with heating. But the bathroom was not draining in the new one. Breakfast was very basic. Not recommended

Firstly it looks great from the outside but inside the rooms were a lot less so, warm enough with the air-con but the electrical wiring and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The restaurant and breakfast rooms were very cold and you had to eat with coats and hats on.

This hotel was disgusting! The shower was covered in mould. The shower handle was old & filthy & the shower head was unreachable. The air conditioner was covered in rust & did not work. I complained & was given another room which was barely an improvement. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.
糟糕透了！很难到达。房间很脏——我们团里一位年轻女士住了第一晚后明显被跳蚤/臭虫咬了。浴室简直糟透了：没有毛巾，几乎没有卫生纸，所谓的“淋浴”里也没有热水。早餐选择极其有限，吃完了也没人补充。晚餐也很糟糕：没什么味道！甜点只有几块熟透的甜瓜。泳池水很脏（浑浊）。
