The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too.

On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. Still, the first impression was the most remembered. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Thank you for the stay.
