This was our first stay at Serfaus and we picked this lovely family hotel run by Lambert. Lambert was very friendly and welcoming. It a charming hotel with reasonably spacious rooms for a ski resort hotel. The rooms are clean and fairly modern and we had a balcony too. The rooms are quiet and elevated enough away from the main street so its not noisy at night. Its also only a short 5-10min walk to the gondola station and the middle of the village with a selection of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was as expected with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon bits and pancakes available as hot items. A good selection of breads and cold meats too. There is a play area/games room in the basement where they have a table tennis table and a foosball table, so this provided some nice evening activities. There is a small bar with a handful of tables that is run on a self-service honesty system. Pour whatever drink you want and log it into the book with your room number. Fantastic. We met quite a few regular guest from Germany and Netherlands. All are very friendly and have been coming to the hotel for years. I would happily come back to this hotel should we return to Serfaus.
