Stayed in Arthouse across the road, offered me a discount if I returned! So decided to come with some of the boys and stay in apartments. Vault was massive, we all had our own beds and big living area. Will be back.

Horrendous in every way! On the morning of the booking, we called several numbers that we was told to call. We had no answer. The phone number sent to us was out of service. When we arrived at the property, we had no instructions or details just the address due to the lack of communication. Eventually around 2.30pm we were able to get hold of them and was told to find another hotel to check us in. We checked in. When first entering the apartment the door was wide open to the busiest street in Liverpool mostly men were walking in and out. We walked up the stairs to find our apartment unlocked and despite the code that was given we were unable to lock the door. When entering the room the smell was atrocious, like it hadn’t been cleaned in the years it had be opened. I actually cried as this was meant to be a memorable day for us girlfriends. Further to walking through - the floors were filthy, black all over them, the kitchen was awful, all broken and smears and dirt all over the kitchen. The curtains were falling down, cigarette burn holes all over the furniture. The bedrooms didn’t have any curtains that weren’t hanging off, the beds had no sheets and stains all over them. The bathroom had grime all round it tiles falling off. It was something truly awful. Nothing like the website portrays it looks lovely on there. We left immediately notifying the company. Who said they would authorise a refund on Monday as there were unable to over the weekend. We left. As some of my friends were turning up later they went to the apartment to find men in the room saying they were staying there the night, we had to call them again and explain this wasn’t us and they should try and lock the door as they took a £300 deposit from me (which has been refunded). We still haven’t had reply from them since we left the apartment (within 10 mins of arriving) even though they promised a refund. Would not recommend - awful in every way - don’t do it!!

We checked into Signature living apparentment the Iconic penthouse for a Hen night in March. We were welcomed by the smell of drainage as we went in, and as we got further in, it got worse. The rooms were freezing cold and there's was no heating other than in the living room we had to ask for extra heaters as it was awful. Made even worse by the fact the windows didn't close. Health and safety at its finest! We asked reception for help and they sent up a man to look who told us it's broken and he wouldn't be able to fix it tonight and funny enough we never seen him again but tried to sweeten us up by another 2 bottles of prosecco in the fridge. The headboards were hanging off the beds, the beds were ripped and dirty. My mom and the older ladies wouldn't even sleep in the beds after seeing how grubby they were so had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge. The WiFi didn't work, the sound system looked like something from 1970 and didn't connect to anything. One room was so bad we wouldnt even use it and crammed everyone else into the other rooms to share for the heat. There was even a poo left in o e of the toilets from the week before or whenever it had been cleaned last. We went to Tesco next door for air fresheners and anti bacterial wipes to give the place a clean over. Not many of us would risk a shower after seeing how grubby they were with hairs still down the plughole. The one I tried wouldn't kick out any hot water either so had to use another bathroom. The door to the place was a nightmare to lock and get into and wasn't the safest. On check out we looked at the appartment next door and before we could look at anymore , the filthy door was enough. This place could be so lovely if only someone spent the time to fix everything up and give it a deep clean. We tried to leave the place clean when we left but there was not even a plug for the sink and no dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher making things hard. Overall for the £2000 we paid, it was not good at all. Staff at the reception were full of empty promises aboit helping us email to complain and never heard a word from them after. Save youre money and stay somewhere else.

Ignore these last reviews all too alike to be real. Joke of company absolute health hazard and stinks with no water - dreadful no one has a clue they are blaggers. Think they are making reviews because they are that bad. Save ur money honestly it’s awful and stinks

刚刚在 Bold 街的 Masonic 酒店为我朋友举办单身派对,我们一共 12 个人,还有几位日间客人。看了评论后,我很紧张,但其实没必要紧张。房间干净整洁,空间很大。超大的沙发和用餐区,还有很棒的音响系统,非常适合我们喝饮料前享用。床很舒服,卧室也很温馨!有很多床上用品和毛巾!唯一的缺点是这个地方有点过时,需要一些细心的呵护,但总的来说这并不困扰我们。我建议带上耳塞(我们带了),因为外面很吵,而且它位于酒吧的中心。话虽如此,一切都很近,我们不必走太远,这是理想的。接待处的女孩很可爱,让我们早一点办理入住手续,这样我们就可以布置一些装饰。在预订前的几周,我和 Natasha 打过交道,她太棒了!没有什么太麻烦的,她总是立即回复!我们一定会再次入住。
太糟糕了!!!价格可能反映了地理位置等因素,但并不能证明 Iconic 公寓的绝对低劣标准。公寓有几间房间,可以容纳 20 人。其中 2 人不得不睡在硬沙发上。(这甚至不是沙发床!只是一块又硬又粘的人造革)毛巾和卫生纸很稀疏,炊具的旋钮也丢失了。烤面包机不能用,墙上到处都是痕迹,门全是缺口,看起来很破旧。窗户是没有安全锁的大推拉窗,因为隔间里有靠窗的座位,所以您很容易从窗户掉下去。其中一个房间的床上方有一个通向外面的通风口,所以下雨时水会滴到您的脸上!两个房间的天花板也有不同的漏水情况。这套公寓 2 晚的价格接近 3700 英镑。太荒谬了!如果公寓看起来和图片一样,我们会很满意,但它让整个周末都扫兴,最多只能给 2 星!我不敢相信 Signature Living 会宣传这一点。我们住过其他 Signatures,它们都很棒。失望是轻描淡写。
