Peaceful village hotel with exceptional home made cuisine and great hospitality. Wild herbs and mushrooms were a particular highlight as was the list of regional wines. Wonderful hospitality - a real personal touch. A place were the world stops.

A warm welcome, comfortable rooms and an inventive and delicious cuisine. The hotel is in beautiful surroundings and our room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. The meals at the hotel were superb. Herr Fehenbach explains what each course is and how it is locally sourced. He uses herbs and vegetables from his garden and the locality. His flavour combinations are unusual but delicious. He is a warm and welcoming host. We stayed here as part of a walking holiday and it was a real highlight.
