Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bedroom is on the first floor with a very comfortable oversized bed with lots of cupboards space and a powerful walk in shower. Excellent views of the sea. Lovely heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Definitely underrated at 3 stars. The host Anita is so friendly and helpful with what to do in the area.
It's far enough from the airport that you only hear the odd plane flying overhead when outside, not an issue inside due to the soundproof windows and black out blinds. A 10 minute walk down the hill to the Cavtat harbour with several restaurants and boat trips to Dubrovnik old town available.

We stayed in Apartment 1.. 1 bed apartment with 2 balconies and fab views. Our host Anita was friendly and helpful. Very clean and well equipped accommodation with a supermarket close by. Close to beautiful Cavtat town. Number 10 bus back up hill but only a short walk. Thank u Anita for our wine & chocolate for our Anniversary.. 100% Recommend this beautiful villa.

Cavtat great for short break
Loved this quirky villa and our apartment. Anita was always available and pleasant to deal with. Nice pool and outdoor stove area. Added bonus access to washing machine. The only negatives this apartment was a very steep 25 minute uphill walk from the habour and being on the flight path to the the nearby airport meant regular noisy flights overhead between 6am and 10pm daily.
