From the start, both receptionists were outstanding. Willing to assist us with places to visit and activities. We got upgraded to the loveliest room I've ever seen, making the stay my first stay in kARLOVAC unforgettable. The little garden at the back is perfect for breakfast, and the breakfast itself was fantastic. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants and the OLD CITY.. Overall, loved the place and will definitely be coming back

Pricing of 100 Euros for double room is something we are sorry for. Next time we will find something else in same city since I know we would come back. Younger lady on reception was helpful and kind so I can not blame her for anything. The older one female receptionist while checkout weren't that good or kind. During the shower constructors weren't think to taller people or those with a long hair. Usually I use two towels. There only were one per a person. Breakfast. Well. I running travel agency. It means I sleeping in other than Europa hotel in Karlovac. So to describe what the quality or volume at 9;30 was would be too long to write so I better smoke two cigarettes with tasteless coffee after few bites of breakfast.

2023 年 9 月，参加有组织的旅行，用 10 天游览克罗地亚。壮丽的自然风光和美丽而受欢迎的酒店。不幸的是，除了卡尔洛瓦茨的这家欧罗巴酒店。当我到达时，我的003房间有一股强烈的、非常难闻的气味，并且处于不卫生的状态，令人无法接受。我换成了006，但是，不走运，每个角落都有蟑螂（例如床头柜后面，空调和冰箱附近），因此工作人员给了我一个灭蟑螂炸弹！！！！！！因为他们显然没有其他可用的房间，而且我不能单独去另一家酒店，所以有人应我的要求来吸尘，试图清除这些肮脏的小生物！我还是一晚上没合眼！
