We recently stayed at Gardenhotel Theresia in Saalbach with our extended family (four families in total) and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and personal welcome set the tone for a truly enjoyable holiday. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The all-inclusive concept is a real highlight – all meals and drinks are included, and the quality is excellent. We were impressed by the wide selection of soft drinks, wines, and beers, and the extensive breakfast buffet had something for everyone. Our gluten free diet was met with a smile. Another big plus: dinner is served at the table, which we really appreciated as a more relaxed and personal alternative to buffet-only service. As the name suggests, the garden is beautiful – a peaceful and well-kept space with both a classic indoor and outdoor heated pool, as well as a natural swimming pond, which adds a lovely touch. There are also great facilities for children, making it an ideal destination for families. The location is perfect for an active holiday, surrounded by stunning nature and plenty to explore. Our rooms were decorated in a charming classic Austrian style, very clean and with comfortable beds. The only minor downside was that our attic-style room had a bit less space in the bathroom, but this didn’t detract from an otherwise great stay. We highly recommend Gardenhotel Theresia to families with children looking for a relaxing yet active holiday in a beautiful alpine setting.

Hotel is elegant, clean. Easy to find with gps. Wifi was fast. Huge flat screen tv in rhe room. The staff was kind, I could park my car in front of the hotel. View was amazing. It was exacty how you imagine a 4* hotel. However, the church’s bell was a bit annoying… 3 a.m bell? Bit early…
