Very nice front desk help Very clean it was great but id recommend management to upgrade the mattresslto soft and pillows no support other than that really great place to stay

Affordable and comfortable.
Front desk staff here are always very accomodating. Hot tub was nice. Thank Goodness they got it fixed!
Breakfast area is a little "off"...and no pastries left by the time we got there...bummer.
Other than that? Great place to stay, comfortable beds!

Good location, a little pricey, the beds seemed smaller than a Queen but were comfortable. Construction going on in dining area with a hole in the wall! It would be nice to have water and ice in the dining area. By the time we got down for breakfast around 7:00 a.m., the scrambled eggs were all dried up. I realize breakfast started at 4:00 a.m. because of mine and construction workers but I would think there would be other guest dining later in the morning. When checking out, I asked for a copy of my receipt but their computer was being serviced so they said they would send me one. When my husband called Thursday night, he again asked about the receipt, which was emailed immediately.

Even with what appeared to be a extremely reduced staff, service was great. The only complaint was with the TV. The picture quality and sound were poor. It also displayed the opportunity to use Netflix but it never worked.

The ac in room did not work at all, staff did put us into another room. Lobby and outside of hotel was updated but rooms need it.

我们在预订时向 Baymont 预订了一间套房。但我们没有收到套房。抵达后，我们询问他们是否在进行新建筑工程。前台的女士告诉我们，他们正在进行装修。前台的女士不太乐于助人，似乎非常粗鲁，想与我们断绝关系。我们拿到了房间钥匙，乘电梯去了房间，电梯入口处正在施工。我们前往 225 房间，非常惊讶地发现门框上的锁扣板不见了。门闩正好在应该安装锁扣板的孔中，门不安全。房间没有完全装修好。缺少一张桌子和椅子。我们非常失望，不会再住在那里了。我很好奇前台的女士为什么会把我们安排在正在施工和/或尚未完工的房间？我认为你们的员工和他们的人际交往能力存在严重问题。谢谢！！！我们的预订号是 ************，确认号是 *************。
