It was functional, and convenient to get to, check-in was fast. The down side is that my room clearly had a previous mold problem that they had just painted over, pretty unsettling.

Had to ring the bell to check in 4 times from outside since i arrived late. Room was spacious but smelled damp.

The first frame I was in had mold in it. They sent me to another room in the bathroom toilet paper holder was laying on the floor I would suggest somebody to go check that out since it’s a franchise they’re not up to standard

Okay so when first got to our room the bed sheeting were dirty they had some type of yellow stains on the bed and pillowcases. We then requested a new room the second room also had yellow stains on the bed sheets. We ended up going to walmart and getting bed sheets so we could sleep for the night. The power went out twice that night. Yes for the whole room we had no power. Then the room smelled of mildew. My boyfriend had to get Lysol from walmart as well. We never had our room cleaned for those two days. All the trash we had was piled in a corner and never picked up. We never got any new towels or rags. The wifi didn’t work at all. We tried to login in several times with the code that was given to us. Once the code was entered the wifi basically just said it wasn’t on. The outside is covered in cigarettes and reeks of smoke. The breakfast area is non-exist and is a little corner in the front office. Please don’t let these good reviews fool you. This place is bottom of the barrel.

The room was not clean, there was mold growing on the ceiling of the room from the restroom all the way to the front of the room. Mold on the walls of the cupboard near the microwave. Mold in almost all the grout lines of the showers and the shower curtain. The room smelled very damp, humid, and like mold. The counter of the sink still had hair around the faucet. The room floors were sticky and did not feel clean. This room needs to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Rust was growing on metallic surfaces like the ironing board and the screws and nails in the room. There is a clear sign of humidity in the room that needs to be addressed. No Hotel or Motel should have visible mold growing throughout the whole Bathroom & Guestroom.

The TV was unplugged in our room. Bathroom fixture where the toilet paper hung was laying in the ground. There was absolutely NO hot water to take showers.

The overall stay was good. The only problem I had was, I couldn't flush the toilet. There was no handle to flush, so I had to raise the top and stick my hand in the water to flush it
