因为到阿布扎比已经是晚上10点多,原本只是将这里作为一晚的中转酒店,第二天再搬去度假酒店。
但是,酒店的设施和服务都远超预期,配得上五星级,好评,下次有机会再去阿布扎比玩,还会定这里,性价比很高,推荐。
房间很大 比瑞吉大不少 这点不错
卫生:卫生不错 挑不出毛病
最最要吐槽的是早饭,一是环境比较昏暗、不通风,用餐环境不舒适;二是看看种类满丰富的,实际上能吃的(对我和我老公胃口的)非常有限,是在阿联酋吃的最差的早餐,也不知道携程其他游客的好评是哪来的,不太理解
服务:代客泊车的服务不错,在房间打电话说要出门,报了停车券代码之后,从房间到酒店大门口的这段距离,基本车也从地下停车场开到大门口了,出行比较丝滑
泳池人不多,在23楼,感觉很棒!
首先,我想说行政酒廊的服务非常好,那里的所有员工都非常友好和乐于助人。
然而,大堂前台的服务糟糕透顶,简直一团糟。他们不让我在行政酒廊办理入住,让我等了5分钟才能在大堂前台开始办理入住手续。
最糟糕的是,他们给我安排了吸烟楼层的房间,但我预订的是非吸烟楼层。直到我发现并要求他们给我换房,我总共等了2个小时!而且这还是在我催促了两次之后。
在我从行政酒廊办理退房之后,大堂前台的接待员竟然还打电话给我。干什么?退房?!
总而言之,酒店里每个人都慢吞吞的,连洗衣服务员也不例外。我等了洗衣服务员40分钟才来收衣服!又等了30分钟才把衣服送回来!!

早餐真的很棒,我很喜欢。对提供的整体服务和设施感到满意。
房间挺好的。但是淋浴水龙头的温度调节旋钮没修好,差点砸到我的脚。
早餐很棒,种类很多,但泰式选择不多,而且我住了六晚,早餐几乎天天一样。
早餐高峰期(上午9点到10点左右),餐厅里一片混乱。有人直接占了我的桌子,我点的咖啡也一直没送来。
卫生:干净
设施:很齐全
环境:周边没啥吃的,要走比较远
服务:非常棒
整体来说没得挑剔,不亏是五星级酒店,服务很贴心。楼上的泳池很棒,大赞一个!
从抵达的那一刻起,所有员工都热情专业地为您服务。这个地方很棒,安静,适合家庭入住。
酒店大堂很气派,观光电梯可达任意楼层,房间卫生设施还可以,一楼泰国餐厅口味不敢恭维😓,早餐种类和环境没感受特别好,可能入住人数比较多的关系,好在服务还可以,不过这个价位的五星也是是超高性价比了☺️
