This is a wonderfully welcoming, comfortable, convenient ski hotel. There is a ski shop in the basement (Skibex) where you can rent and store equipment. Our rooms were stylish, clean and spacious. The breakfast and tea spreads were delicious. Best of all were the staff who helped us with restaurant reservations and created a really friendly atmosphere. It’s a short walk to the lifts and local restaurants.

We wanted B and B so chose this. It was the best place we stayed in a two week trip skiing. It is small, run by a really friendly and helpful couple, personal and the room was great. It is well located near the cable car to Oberlech so access to slopes is easy (across an icy road though, care is essential). It has a ski room with hire available - and not too pricey. It has free parking underground. It has a really nice breakfast buffet with excellent service. They were spot on in recommendations for evening meals, happy to make reservations for us. We’ll go back, maybe in summer as well.

Hotel Sursilva is such a nice hotel to stay and very convenient. We were a party of 3 adults and 1 toddler. We had 2 rooms on the same floor. The hotel is located across the street from the bus stop which made it so easy to just walk across with all the suitcases and a large ski bag. It is also across the street from the cable car to Oberlech. A short walk into town for restaurants and stores. Because this is a family-owned hotel everyone there treats you like you are part of their family. Katharin managed the front desk who was incredibly helpful. The breakfast was beautifully presented with fresh fruits, bread, make your own waffles and egg to order daily. In the afternoon after skiing there was variety of freshly homemade baked cakes and other choice of cheeses, meats and soup. Also, lots of option of beverages to order (fee for alcohol). The room was super clean and very comfortable. In the basement was the ski store where you have the option of renting equipment and also storing your own skis and boots after skiing. Easy access to the street in the morning to go skiing. Katharin’s husband runs the shop and also very helpful, they offer a discount for renting equipment with stay. In the basement there is also a wellness area looked very relaxing, but we did not use it. On the morning of our checkout, Katharin left our family to go breakfast at the front desk since we needed to leave before breakfast was served. Highly recommend this place there is nothing negative that I could think of.
