Sehr freundliche Bedienung/Very friendly staff. We had made a mess of things and booket our room on the wrong day, but they helped us out and fixed everything, in a very smooyh and professionsal way. We warmly rekommandert the hotrl. The town is also very Nice.

This is the best hotel in Amstetten. Room was big,clean and comfortable. Nice and accommodating staff at front desk. The only complaint I have is regarding breakfast: Never ready on time at 6.30, but staff drinking tea and getting food in front of guests whom sitting and waiting to many of food items to be presentedso they can start to eat. Lack of speaking english.Some basic knowledge would go long way. Atmosphere (customer service),the older female staff never smile,never greet and the unpleasant screaming at you when you do not understand german is neither helpful or nice. Cleanliness (buffet and tables) This year you have lovely gentelman working at the restaurant; he is at completely different level, real proffesional and exellent in service, Maybe you should let him train rest of the staff?
房间非常宽敞，浴室非常干净。床很舒服。百叶窗确实能使房间变暗。服务人员态度很好！ 不推荐临街的房间❗️真的很吵！步行区也有客房。如果您睡眠浅，那么一定要选择这款。
我只住了一晚，但我发现这里很温馨。房间宽敞干净。早餐选择有限，但质量很好。我还在酒店的餐厅吃了晚餐，我觉得这家餐厅非常好，菜品摆盘也很精美。价格诚实且与该地区一致。酒店餐厅厨房营业至晚上 9 点（接待处告知），这在奥地利很少见
我们预订了一个套餐，包含两晚住宿、一顿别具特色、美味可口的多道菜晚餐（Alexandra 女士的服务非常棒！），以及两顿丰盛的自助早餐（服务同样热情友好）。房间非常干净，浴室宽敞漂亮。总而言之，这是一家管理完善、地理位置优越（步行两分钟即可到达停车场）且性价比极高的酒店。我们一定会再次入住，因为周边地区有很多值得一游的地方！
