Very disappointing stay. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Any questions or requests were met with attitude instead of help. On top of that, the food was very poor quality — bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near what you’d expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I definitely won’t be returning.

Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

Good hotel with a good and clean spa. It's a pity that the guy who opens and close thespa is quite rude and want to close before time (one area of the spa works fron 10h to 19h and the big swimming pool from 9h to 20h). The rest of the staff is just polite, don't wait special help or smiles, but correct. The people visiting this hotel is quite old (mostly 70 and more, keep this in mind if you look for something else). Far from the city but very convenient free parking if you get there by car. If the room faces the swimming pool, it also faces the railway wich passes in front of the hotel, but there are very few trains passing by. The breakfast is quite good, with many options.

My mother-in-law with few of her elderly friends stayed at the hotel and two of them had the money they left at the safe stolen. They have immediately reported this to the management - including the fact that initially they were not able to lock the safe, and then one of the hotel's employees they suspected brought them a key, which he apparently duplicated beforehand - but the management refused to investigate the matter and claimed there is nothing they can do about it.

They have reported this to the management - including the fact that initially they were not able to lock the safe, and then the employee they suspected brought them a key, which he apparently duplicated beforehand - but the management refused to investigate the matter and haven't even reported it to the police.
