Terrible experience with the hosteller There was no proper guidance for parking location very bad I asked for a empty glass for my medicine but the staff was not ready to give me an empty glass they said you are in dorm and you are not allowed to take glasses to room

Bad experience with the host Not cooperative in anything. No hostel sort of community vibes. Ordered tea at 9am and served 1 hour later, mind you i was the only customer there ordering food

I stayed first time in hosteller. It was nice experience, everything was amazing. Cooperative staff members and food was also good.

Check out process was smooth, and the staff was friendly Special thanks to Mr-Sandeep from front Desk . My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a great Job. The ambiance of the Cafe was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. I look forward to visiting shimla hostel again.

I had stayed in Hosteller Shimla.It was a good stay n choosing this hostel here in Shimla was a good decision bcoz it was near by to all the shopping malls n it’s best part is it’s in Mall Road. Food was very good n staff were very very good n polite and Special Thanks to mr/Sandeep from front desk. And Thank u soo much for this beautiful stay n food.
这是我住青年旅舍最糟糕的一次体验。房间和图片上完全不一样。所有房间都各不相同，图片很有误导性。我们反映了问题后，旅舍经理不仅不接受投诉，还和我们争辩。
酒店方面没有给出任何解决方案，我们反复发邮件投诉了好几次，在住了两天之后才给我们换了房间。这真是一次非常令人失望的经历。房间地板黏糊糊的，卫生间的门把手都坏了，水瓶也不卫生。我们以后再也不会预订这家青年旅舍了。
位置很好，离旅游景点很近，服务也很棒。房间干净，床很软很舒服。
它非常干净而且一切都正常。我有点不幸，房间的窗前有一堵墙，所以没有自然光。但其他房间的景色更好。 食物也很好而且员工非常友好。
