酒店回复: Merci pour vos remarques que nous prenons bien sûr pleinement en considération. Nous sommes désolés que vous n’ayez pas apprécié cette chambre qui était la seule disponible aux dates de votre séjour. Can Alberti est une ancienne demeure et toutes nos chambres sont donc différentes. Nous devons vous indiquer que cette chambre est en général assez appréciée et cela a été le cas pour les clients qui vous ont juste précédé et qui y ont séjourné 9 jours. Concernant les bougies que nous vendons, nous avons différentes sortes de parfums d'ambiance à disposition. Mais notre hôtesse n'a pas compris que votre demande n'était pas destinée à faire un cadeau mais plutôt pour l’utiliser dans votre chambre à cause d'une odeur. D’autant plus que nous évitons pour des raisons de sécurité l’utilisation de bougies dans les chambres. Par ailleurs, nous avons fait le choix volontaire de ne pas avoir de télévision à l'hôtel, pour que l’hotel soit un havre de paix où l’on peut lire et/ou partager des moments de détente dans les salons, le patio ou le roof top. Il est vrai aussi que le réseau wifi dans certains endroits de la maison n’est pas tres bon a cause des murs épais. Si vous avez des solutions, comme vous le mentionnez, nous sommes preneurs et vous en remercions par avance. Enfin, pour votre prochain séjour à Minorque nous souhaitons vous offrir une nuit a l’hotel, bien sûr dans une autre chambre. Ce serait une facon de vous faire vivre une nouvelle experience dans notre hotel et corriger les incompréhensions qui ont pu exister. Nous vous remercions vivement pour votre écoute et espérons vous revoir bientôt.

10/10, what a amazing hotel! The Staff are so so lovely and attentive! We had a tour as soon as we arrived, recommended local restaurants/beaches. There’s two glass water bottles you can refill/take to the beach, a beach bag. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast was 10/10. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and if we ever visited menorca again we would definitely stay here ⛵️

Such an expected find. comfortable, quiet, wonderful staff and great breakfast. great location. close to fabulous restaurants, including Sa Botega . friendly happy staff like Lara at the local Bar Nou, sharing tips on local gin.

Amazing property with very comfortable bed and grand bathroom. We had a lovely stay with the great advice from Mar one the receptionist that was outstanding in her welcome and communication throughout the stay. Warm and friendly great host in this beautiful property.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it. The hotel is beautiful and the staff especially Mar the host who greeted us were really friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was really spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. We had room 16 which is not suitable for people with mobility issues or tall people, but it suited us just fine. The hotel is beautiful inside, welcoming and wonderfully decorated with fabulous period features. We loved the terraces and the lounge and the honesty bar was a nice thing to have. There was a tasty continental breakfast selection as well as a cooked option. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
