There is no real front desk, but we found someone there to find us secure parking for our bikes when we arrived before check-in. Our stay was arranged by our bike tour company (Tulip Cycling), and included breakfast. We were the only ones eating at 7:30 on a Sunday morning, but the two staff members were very helpful and friendly, even though they spoke very little English. Google translated for us. We also found Gorinchem to be a nice small city. A very pleasant time.
