We understand that the hillside location can present difficulties, especially in winter.To clarify, the ride into town typically takes no more than 8 to 10 minutes, depending on traffic along Frankton Road, which can be busy at times. The hotel is safe to walk in and out of, even during winter, as we take all necessary measures to mitigate potential hazards caused by weather conditions. 房间非常漂亮,空间很大,有一个大阳台,可以看到湖景,去市中心很近,收费停车也很方便,服务员很热情,回皇后镇还会选择它。
这个酒店唯一非常不满之处就是停车非常不方便需要爬坡 爬一千米 过马路太麻烦了 搞的我腿酸疼发抖 很影响出来玩的心情 根本没有提前告知没有车位需要预定除去停车问题 其它满意是不错
很一般,1.首先最不能接受的是厕所都是坏的,洗手池堵塞下水巨慢每次都积满一盆水很久才下去,根本无法正常使用。洗手盆底下还漏水每次都湿一地,且也没拖鞋,每次洗漱都被搞湿脚。且厕所无垃圾桶,请问女性来经期的话该如何更换用品,还要拿出去扔到房间垃圾桶吗?非常不合理2.其次房间特别小,比官图看起来小非常多,也很压抑。酒店提前好几天发邮件询问时也回复了不要角落房但还是分了角落,且和其他房间是联通房,有一扇门在屋内,半夜都能听到对面在试图开门。3.第三点是隔音巨差,隔壁房屋内聊天说话的声音都清清楚楚。4.第四点房间清理很差,明显的都不擦,估计也就是倒个垃圾换个毛巾,洗手池和桌面头发都还在。
总体来说都很一般的酒店,设施和服务都很难跟上,而且酒店格局很奇怪,回房间跟走迷宫一样。一月去的也不算春节这种超级旺季但服务都很难跟上,建议避雷。使用携程6年的第一个差评奉上
景色很好,前台的服务时间24/7也很棒,卫生也很干净。美中不足的是在装修导致的停车不便,即使我们预定了车位但是由于停车场很小很窄停车也较为困难。大车和新手司机建议还是停在别处,其他都非常好。

第二天离店吃早餐,8:30说要断电,我们8点去一个东南亚裔餐厅男服务员说单点的餐全做不了了,只能吃沙拉和面包片了,我说还有半小时啊,旁边的白人厨师说可以做,这样我们才吃上了早餐,给那个人差评

我这辈子住过最垃圾的酒店。
第一酒店的停车场又破又小又难开,停完车还得这么小的通道自己拿着行李箱进酒店。
第二酒店的卫生质量真的堪忧,办理完入住进房间后,我都还没打开窗户,房间里却全是飞着的蚊虫,窗户上天花板上,甚至窗台上全是死的蚊虫尸体 没有一点打扫的痕迹。
第三在我跟酒店联系后,酒店过了好久才有个人来,说问我为什么不满意,然后进房间看了下,说会叫人打扫,不好意思,送我俩份早餐,顺便会帮我把俩张单人床合并。然后我就出门了,结果出门回来后,只合并了床,窗台还是全是蚊虫的尸体,根本就没有打扫,真是太离谱了。
房间风景绝佳,正对湖景山景,房间也很大,在这绝美的环境里吃着火锅太开心了,但酒店在装修,入住时被告知2点后才能停到车库,暂时只能停在很高的坡道上,酒店这点有点欠缺,还有前台装修后的味道很重,这几项都是扣分项,总体来说还是真值得的
整个楼在一个坡地上 首先办入住去前台就很不方便 冬天走路估计要摔跤 开车也会打滑 然后房间拐弯抹角 上上下下 转来转去 头晕 很不好找 虽然有shuttlebus去downtown 但是 太不方便了 来回都是要预约的 到town坐车20分钟左右 酒店周边一团黑 是我这次澳新行程十个酒店中最不满意的一家 小住两天的强力不推荐 有一说一 shuttlebus的司机非常友好 离开那天 看我们行李很多 主动问我们目的地 直接把我们送到了租车公司 感谢

这个酒店除了SPA房的景色超美以外,其它的服务都非常一般。停车还要提前预约才能停。我22-24住了两晚先,然后顺便把27号的停车费一起给过来,27号到酒店前台死活说没有记录当时已经非常晚了。折腾了快一小时真的是崩溃。死活不给停让我们停到很远的地方。非常恼火
我22-24入住你们酒店就已经预约停车位了。顺便把27号的停车位费用一起给过钱了的。27号到店确说没有记录。并且当时付27号的停车费是因为你们前台的员工自己弄错了,他说他把23号晚上的停车位登记在了27号的晚上 所以让我再付多15元,这样等27号回来就不需要在支付了。你们可以查22号晚上的监控录像,我是入住之后半小时左右去前台给的现金,当时前台值班的是一个亚洲男子。
