The view is great and no big road close by, that’s the positives. On the negative side; Walls are paperthin, you can hear everything from other rooms and outside. It feels like you’re part of the conversations and what not. No A/C in the room, meaning that the room is cold during winter and probably hot during summer. Luckily there’s a warm blanket in the closet. Bed is rock hard and the shower has very low water pressure if you want warm water. More so, when other rooms turn on the water or apply the build-in hairdryer in the bathroom, you will hear that quite vividly too. Especially the latter. The hotel is located on the steepest part of town, beware of that for the walks back and forth to downtown Funchal. And cleaning costs extra (€20), unless you like me, stayed there for a longer period. A complimentary cleaning is offered then. For a short stay during summer, it could be fine staying here. For a (longer) stay during winter, it could be fine if you enjoy the cold on top of all the noises. A great view from the balcony, if you’re that lucky, does not justify the structural downsides of the building and what not. I opted to stay away from the room as much as possible and would not recommend booking a room at this accommodation. 2 stars is quite flattering tbh.

Perfect pit stop on the way down from Montes, might even be worth the walk back up, maybe we will see….! Only drank the beer which was Super Buck, not the Madeiran Coral, crisp, refreshing. Great location, good views, quaint indoors, everything new and fresh.

My wife and I were braving the walk down the hill after completing the tobogganing. It was hot and sunny and we were ready for a beer and a sit down, and there was the sign for free beer and wifi, well cold beer and free wifi! Great pit stop with superb views and friendly bar staff.

Very lovely and cozy place to stay. The view is fantastic straight from your room. Clean place. The food warms your heart and the drinks refresh your soul. It's so romantic. Coming back as soon as possible.

Had a long weekend at Vallhalla appartments same owner as the Panarama and the Casa. We had a 2 bedroom appartment wich was as good as new clean and fully equipped. Walkining distance to the center of town perfect location.The owner mr Oddbjørn Jensen showed us also the Panorama and the Casa also very nice places With the Odin bar as a raisin to get a good homemade Poncha and an impressive view of Funchal. Prices are affordable and service crew are amazing. Hope i will have the chance some time to come back to Funchal and if so i know where i will book .

我们当天乘游轮游览马德拉岛。下山后，我们决定步行前往镇中心。路上，我们注意到一个招牌，上面写着“这里有一家可以俯瞰马德拉岛全景的酒吧”，于是决定进去喝一杯。走进花园，眼前的景色一览无余，只有屋顶和楼顶，小镇的景色几乎一览无余。我去酒吧点酒，却被罚站了十分钟。酒保走了进来，站在吧台另一边，在我面前一本正经地记了些什么。他完全没有看我一眼，根本没注意到我的到来，更别说友好的问候或欢迎了。这种情况持续了整整五分钟，真是尴尬。等他终于看向我时，我问他是否接受刷卡，他咕哝了几句。我让他重复一遍，他回答说：“最低消费10元。”尽管菜单上的酒水比这便宜，我还是很乐意付10英镑买两杯。菜单上的酒水非常有限，甚至连酒都没有。酒保甚至都没接我的订单就走了。我问他能不能点点酒，他没好气地回答道：“15分钟后我还有其他客人。”外面只有另外两张桌子客人，而且他们已经点好了酒，所以我不太清楚到底出了什么问题。我解释说我们只想点一杯酒，最多一分钟就能端上来。他继续挥舞着手臂，显然很生气。就在这时，我终于喝够了，转身走了出去。这时他喊道：“你们想点什么？想喝啤酒吗？”这是我们在加那利群岛游轮旅行中最糟糕的经历。这家伙既无知又粗鲁，毫无客户服务意识。就好像我们胆敢给他服务，让他觉得我们很烦人似的！这地方简直太搞笑了，他显然不想让我们去。我们没在那家酒店住过，但如果以这次经历来判断，我肯定会敬而远之！说不定那家伙就是葡萄牙的罗勒·福尔蒂，那地方就是福尔蒂塔！
玩完吊篮后，我们走回海滨长廊时发现了这个地方。下山的路比你想象的要长，因为坡度太陡了！所以，这里简直是天堂！我们坐下来喝了几杯啤酒，一根冰棒和一杯咖啡。这是我们去过的最便宜的咖啡吧，总共大约7英镑。工作人员很友好，花园区也很适合坐下来休息。如果不是坡度太陡，我们肯定会走回去再去一次。步行2分钟就有一个公交车站，所以你只需要看看是哪趟车，就很方便了。很棒的地方，绝对值得一去。
经济实惠的酒店。它并不贵，但非常非常基本。房间宽敞，有露台，景观好，距离市中心步行20分钟（有陡坡，不适合行动不便者、轮椅或老人），有游泳池和小吃店，可以在那里购买基本必需品（三明治、水、咖啡、软饮料、啤酒等......以中等价格）。内部免费停车位（可停4辆车，不可预订，谁到谁停）。房间没有空调，白天房间里有暖气，我们睡觉时开着窗户（凉爽和睡觉所必需的），我醒来时发现有 20 处蚊子叮咬，他们在衣柜里留下了杀虫剂。除了额外付费（20 欧元）外，他们在整个住宿期间不会打扫房间，也不更换毛巾。他们不打扫房间不是很正常，但他们甚至不给你留扫帚或拖把在房间里打扫（沙子，使用杀虫剂后地板上的死蚊子等......）。
我通过 ************ 预订并付款，预订的房间在 TripAdvisor 的酒店列表中显示“包含早餐”。收到确认后，却收到一条令人惊讶的通知，称不包含早餐。随后，我将广告照片发送给酒店，希望得到道歉和更正。然而，我收到了一位名叫 Jenny 的员工的无视回复，她声称网站上没有宣传的早餐，即使我已经发送了广告照片！！！完全否认，态度傲慢。确认邮件中另一个值得注意的提示是，通知称附近正在进行施工。显然，所有意外都出现在付款后的预订确认邮件中。不确定这家酒店是否更换了所有者，因为确认邮件中说的是 Valhalla Panorama - 旧的 Residencial Pina。如果我读过所有的参考资料，我就会看到破旧、低于预期和业主否认的字样。
